The property was great my family and I loved it, and we'd like to stay here again. But there was the pay to view the property where they're try to entice you to purchase a timeshare I think. I didn't like that. The gentleman that sign me up for it and charged my card $20 made it seem as though I had to sign up for it.

I booked for 4 nights the first morning woke to lots and lots of ants all over the kitchen counter, once I killed all I could I washed it completely. That night I got up to see ants again then a roach in the bathroom. I wasn’t able to sleep they moved me, no insects or pests, luckily I speak limited Español practically workers only speak Spanish. I like the place just needs updating, beautiful area, grocery store near by totally Spanish and Latin foods. If I am in the area I would think of staying. I put some garbage in trash shoot and saw a large roach, they really should take the time to spray for all insects/pests, clean windows, the first room tub had water filling up during my shower and lots of hairs the maids failed to clean properly. I don’t think they have anyone checking up behind to see if everything is working properly and cleaned perfectly. I am a very neat and clean and something I look at and I would want to make sure it was done to perfection as people spend their money to stay as guest in a hotel/motel. I stayed in much worse not by choice but if I were to visit the area it would be a place to choose, I am sure there’s many others but I happen to pick this place at the moment.

Always a great stay

We have stayed here before and as always love the properties. The area shuttle and front desk reception for package collection is always a plus. They are vary accommodating and respond quickly to any complaints.
