This unit has its own private entrance with lots of natural light and an adorable bistro table - a perfect getaway to relax and rejuvenate.

Seamless check-in process, high-speed fiber WiFi, smart 4k TV with Roku, free parking, a kitchenette, and lavender scented towels and linens.

The Space:
The space
This studio efficiency is part of a charming property with only three units; providing a comfortable, safe, and relaxing getaway in the well-located neighborhood of Lake Ridge. Get a taste of the local experience and walk down the street to Gulfstream Brewery for a cold beer, take a pit stop at Milk Money Bar & Kitchen for a delicious brunch, or take a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood and all its tropical trees, plants, and vegetation.

Parking is free and on-site, and you’re welcome to bring a second car as long as you notify your host ahead of time to confirm availability. The studio efficiency is located on a quiet street lined with charming homes and respectful neighbors. If you need to make a quick grocery run, there is a Publix two blocks directly down from the property.

I have designed the space with fun pops of color that bring in the energizing spirit of South Florida. There is an outdoor space that is private to you during your reservation, with two comfortable patio chairs surrounded by hedges with red flowers and chirping birds - an excellent place to sip on some coffee in the morning, or enjoy a nightcap in the evening. The Sweet Escape studio is a place for you to feel at home and feel far away from home at the same time.

The kitchenette may not be suitable for serious cooking, but it is perfect for throwing together a sandwich and/or salad on a warm summer afternoon, mixing a cocktail (or two, or three, or ….), and storing some simple pantry and refrigerated goods to eat between all your restaurant meals and takeout. And of course, there is a Keurig coffee machine so you never have to start your day without a kick of caffeine.

There is a wall AC unit beneath the window and next to the bed, keeping a constant flow of cool air within the unit. The queen bed is very comfortable and has a perfect view of the 50” 4K Smart TV for when you want to cuddle up and watch movies before bed. An adorable bistro table sits next to the bed, which also doubles as a work area should you need to catch up on any work remotely. The TV is fixed to the wall with an adjustable mount, so you can swivel it any which way you need to!

The bathroom has its own window, which you can open to let fresh air flow in while taking a hot shower. The bathtub is pearl-white and always impeccably clean.

For your safety and security, there are security cameras positioned around the property. None of these cameras have visibility through the windows, and there are absolutely no cameras inside of the studio efficiency.
