The House:

Welcome to your Florida vacation home! This is a PRIVATE single family private detached home without on site management, not a duplex or townhome like others in this area. Nothing is shared use it's all yours.
Enter the house and step into the open living floor plan featuring a huge 65 inch flat screen Smart TV in the living room. The quaint kitchen with modern tile back splash. Off the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. From the laundry room you can access a small patio and fenced in yard that connects to the pool area and deck.

From the living room enter the soft blue hallway leading to the master bedroom and guest room. A queen bed in the master with loads of pillows make for a comfortable night's sleep. There's even an extra a/c hidden behind the bed if you like to sleep chilled while watching your 65" smart TV. In the morning open the double doors and enjoy coffee poolside while listening to the birds. Keep an eye out for wild flocks of green parrots.

Did I mention high speed wifi in the whole house and deck areas. Smart TV for watching Netflix/Hulu/Amazon. You can also mirror your ipad, computer or phone from the smart TVs in the master and living room as well as bar deck outside.

The bathroom has a modern look with brown grey tile, frame-less shower, shower bench, shower alcove to store goodies, and a rain shower head. Not to worry we supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

The Pool & Outdoor Entertainment-

The outside area is the main feature of the home. If your escaping the cold you'll love hanging out here! A huge under cover wood deck encompassing 425 square feet includes a full double deck bar, hot tub, sofa sectional with fire pit and sun deck. Pool is 12 ft wide by 25 ft long. 8 feet deep. We have solar heating floating pads which need to be removed prior to swimming in winter and replaced after if you want to keep it warm. Pool temp averages 72F in winter and 79F in summer, with solar heaters can come up to 75-76F.

The Outdoor Bar-
The bar has a wine cooler and mini fridge tucked under the counter. The bar has 2 windows- a smaller window pass through facing the pool to serve drinks and access the grilling area. The main seating area facing the TV and dining table. Bar stools make for great conversation.

Outdoor Dining:
Relax at the main table comfortably seating 5. Outlets are nearby for charging your phones, electronics or working on your laptop. About every 15 minutes you can watch airplanes preparing to land at Ft. Lauderdale airport. There is some noise as the planes pass overhead. At night the area comes alive with solar lights.

Outdoor Conversation Set and Fire Pit:
Gas fired lava rock fire pit. Relax and unwind from the day watching the flames. The pit turns on easily with the push of a button.

Hot Tub:
Enjoy the 6 person hot tub with multiple jets. Adjustable temperature up to 104 F. Privacy blinds adjustable for your comfort.

Sun Deck:
Feel like catching up on your tan? Catch some rays in the lounge chairs.

Pool
Enjoy a dip in the pool.

Grilling
Cook up a feast on the double burner stainless steel BBQ. Push button easy start.

Yard:
Fenced in back yard, private.

Security Features include: smoke detectors, main entrance & parking area cameras, driveway motion light, fenced in back yard, key pad coded entry no need to share a key.
