The Pelican Grand Beach Resort was amazing. Friendly staff, amenities were great especially with children. The pool and lazy River was fun, staff were accommodating as well as the beach staff. There were events during the day for children and family movie night on Saturday at the beach. The room was beautiful and comfortable with amazing views. We had the greatest stay and will definitely come back! Thank you!
The room was very nice and clean and comfortable for our needs. The bathroom was nice but it would have been nice for the fan to be on a separate switch because it is loud. The hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly. Loved the access to the beach and the pool area. The food was just ok. Overall, for the price it was very adequate.
DO NOT BOOK OWNER RENTAL .... BUT DO BOOK AT HOTEL ITSSELF ..... this owners rental was terrible I arrived in Florida and owner calls me and tells me my room is under construction and my room is unavailable he said hotel never told him ... (liar) I booked in spring he had lots of time... hotel it’s self is perfect I loved my stay they put me up in a room because this owner refused to answer my calls and the hotel to approve my stay in another room he pretty much left me stranded with my child but hotel was perfect everything there was great .... I will def stay again just NEVER THRU A OWNER’S RENTAL NEVER!!!!
