The room was filled will cigarette smoke from the moment we got there. It smelt like someone was smoking in the room with us even though it was a non smoking room. Very loud hotel!! Will not be returning.

Called 3 times and had to wait an hour for the airport shuttle. Also their “breakfast” includes no milk, no juice, nothing to drink except coffee.

No room service, the breakfast is kind of fake, just coffee and some snacks.

Their airport shuttle doesn't run after 4 p.m. They charge for cruise shuttle. We booked a King Room. When we arrived, they told us that they had over-booked and didn't have any more King Rooms, so they they put us in a double. They offered us a 10% discount, but because it was prepaid thru Orbitz, they didn't.

Good experience. Housekeeping could keep up with keeping towels and washcloths stocked but that could simply be taken carw of with just one phone call or a nice little walk downstairs. Great staff and location as well!

This place was filthy and the bedcovers had blood stains on them, and the bath tub wouldn’t drain while taking a shower. When we requested another room, we were denied. We ended up leaving there without a refund. We’ll never be back there, that’s for sure!

Nice check in experience. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Good place for a quick stay before a cruise.

The Hotel is too old, and didn't find the vending machine, ice and else...

Decent place for a night or two. Very convenient location with stores and places to eat across the street. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was quite clean and comfortable. The only thing nearing an unpleasant part of my stay was that traffic noise on the 17th St. Causeway woke me up once or twice during my 3 night stay. If I had a room farther away from the main roadway I think that problem would have been solved. Some people have posted negatives about the "skimpy" breakfast offerings in the lobby. Please keep in mind this is an Extended Stay, with a kitchenette in your room; this gives the guest the opportunity to prepare home cooked meals in your room. I would definitely stay here again!

Was very disappointed in so called breakfast. Also driver to cruise ship had to accommodate another person by taking him to airport so we took a taxi

Room had a funny odor and apparently there's an additional charge if you want room service (room cleaned). Never heard of this. Staff was really nice however.

No breakfast was included even though the listing stated breakfast was included. Linens were stained. On the positive side it is cheap for the area and you can walk to restaurants.

Convenient location and very kind staff. They provide free airport pick-up/drop-off but not after 11pm.

Clean, well located property. Ice machine would be nice. They do have ice trays in the freezer, yet ice machine would be great.

When we arrived they did not have our reservation ready. Full kitchenette was nice. Large roaches outside the building.
