The room was clean. Hotel was very old & needs a good renovation, as the hallways were a bit overused. Smelled of smoke at night & pot in the am. (Nonsmoking property)Didn't look closely at the ratings. I should have booked a little closer to the other entrance of the port. The staff was courteous. Glad it was a shorter stay

Beware

Half the parking lot was closed off due to repaving, wish that was told to us as parking was awful. Entire facility smelled of weed every floor and the elevators. Beds were so hard and the shower dripped the entire time. Was told I would be able to park for cruise and was never asked nor offered to extend parking so I had to leave and find somewhere else to park for the week.

Didn’t get the room I booked . When I got in there the previous persons wash cloth and pubic hairs were in the bathroom and the tub was oily …. The room was funky but ig that’s what you get for the price ….

At 2:30 in the morning, I was woken up by someone screaming down the hallways and banging on the doors and it sounded like someone was being murdered. The fire alarms were sounding off for what seemed like 10 minutes. The police were called and were able to subdue the situation. We were not able to sleep well at all after that. At 4:30am you can hear the beeping of trash trucks working and the banging of trash containers. Overall the experience was horrifying and traumatizing.
