Living and bed room was nice, bathroom was disgusting, filthy and black mold on the ceiling. The kitchen looked like it belonged in a mobile home, cabinets doors were falling off. One pool was not heated and the other one, the skimmer never ran. There was a sheen of oil on top of it for four days. There were not enough lawn chairs and the ones there were broken. On the third day we went to the office for our morning coffee and were told there would be no more coffee that the rooms had coffee makers in them. Thanks for the notice! The coffee in the room was one single serve filter and we threw it out. I went to get ice in the laundry room and there was a pile of leaves and garbage in the door that was there all four days. I had to throw my socks away as they were so filthy from walking around in the room. The whole thing is so disappointing. There is a huge gay loyal following, clean the place up, have a few amenities and treat us like we are on vacation!

Workers very nice. Great location. Needs improvement to property

Hotel is better than it was two years ago...no maid service on Sunday... however there are some men there that are Hustlers or professionals that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable so I felt on guard, not on vacation... The room was clean the bed was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we taken care of properly. Last year we also stayed here and I left my cellphone in the room and they went out of their way to ship it back to me, I emailed them a pre-paid label. Friendly customer service is becoming a rarity in hotels so when we find it we like to give them our business. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

I was looking for a great escape stayed 8 days spent almost a grand. Upon checking in I had to wait outside the resort over 5 mins in front of the gate in the heat. Was not easy to find unless you know where it is. Room was disgusting. Bathroom and bed smelled of urine. Floors were filthy and tiled with food crumbs. Tub and toilet were horid. Toilet had dried urine all over it, bowl had looked to have never been scrubbed. Only like 8 tv channels and the ones that came in were all news or shopping channels. Ice container had mold in it no bags for it. Trash was still in the bins from the last people. Counters were gross and sticky. Was only supplied soaps on my first day there. I should not have to ask for more they should be replaced when used. No curtains just blinds that at night if the lights are on you can see in. The whole place could use a could cleaning. Last 2 days the hot tub jets stopped working.
