Stayed in room at back of facility. Heard trains all night. Low quality room.

Place was a bit damp..close to everything.workers were nice no complimentary breaKfast.just for short stop.need improving a little

We booked this room in hopes that our short stay in Florida would be a memorable one . Boy Was I wrong there is no security at all. people would come in and out as they pleased from the streets the gates at the back and side of the hotel were not secured at all or locked so basically stay at your own risk and that's coming from someone who has lived in NYC/Brooklyn all their life..., right in front of my room people were smoking weed/ cigarettes and hanging out all night it was like a party every night and this was on Sunday and Monday night !!!!! ( the turn up was real) The room had no water pressure or COLD water so my 4 year old daughter husband and i showered in hopes we didnt get 1st degree burns the toilet wouldn't even flush so imagine that . Mind you when I was checking out there was woman complaining of her room being broken into her clothes and medications were stolen.i couldn't even sleep due to the hanging out that was going on outside of the rooms weed and cigarette smoke everywhere nonetheless the train that passed through out the night was just an added reason why I would never ever stay there again. Orbitz you have to do better with what you advertise

Terrible Hotel, don’t stay here, at 1:30 AM two persons get in to my room, thanks a good y have a security door Iock, my question is, how I possible that other persons have my key and open the door at this hour, I don’t recommend this hotel by nothing

The 3 Star rating is a lie. This place is filthy. It should be a 0 star rating. I felt bad for the front desk staff because they must get abused all day long by unsatisfied customers. We moved from the first room - lights didn’t work - curtain was broken & sheets were dirty. The second room wasn’t much better - no towels, dirty floors, nasty shower curtain and filthy chair that should have been thrown in the garbage. We hardly slept because a safe in the room kept making noises all night and to top it off - there’s a train that runs past it all night - every 30 minutes or so! Don’t be fooled by the photos. It’s not habitable!

Thanks for the comfort. I was treated very well upon my arrival. I will refer a friend arriving from another city.

Although the staff was good and the room was clean (with a musty smell), the restaurant was closed, bed lamp didn't work (bad wall outlet), no refrigerator, wi-fi didn't work. Not good for the money, over $200.

Next to train tracks amtrack starts approximately 4:15am. The hotel is terribly outdated run down water spots in ceilings and/or mole in wet areas. The furniture is scratched soiled and very much needing replacement. The hotel has a renovated sick and mirror but the overall condition is extremely differed maintenance and the neighborhood is questionable at best to feel secured as the area is one step up from seedy area and the pictures on the website is staged and does not represent the actual slum hotel that exist

It was an ok experience. Hotel wasn't to fancy. Door made notices when opening and closing. A bit bland.

room had flies, shower head was 15 years old and cost 2 bucks... beds uncomfortable. Restaurant closed and the gym was a joke.

There are bedbugs in both the bed. My wife and me are awake the entire night and catching the bedbugs to alove my 4 year daughter to get some sleep. Good that I had to catch the early flight, so happy to get out of the room by 4.00AM. I end up in spending lot of time yesterday to wash all our cloths to make sure I am and transporting any of the bug to my home.

It was quite dirty and shabby. No internet. Phones don't work.

Very old hotel on the outside and rotting with AC drainage in front of every room. But the room was pretty nice, clean and new so it was ok.

They didn't have enough towells and bed sheets, too much noice. I liked that the hotel is strong and in the Hurricane we did not ferl anything at all!

Impossible to sleep in this hotel we left for the first day

I expected to see 3* hotel Upon arrival it lookes decent, lobby and stuff, but when you leave the lobby and walk to your room.. it's a MESS, dirty, marijuana smell, drunk people in passing... laud... I want my money back

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.the hotel is also located in a central area making it convenient for food, shopping, and sight seeing. Im addition, the highway, I95, is right nearby making it convenient for travel. A great hotel!

Like my title said. If you just need a place to rest that's comfortable, convenient to public transportation convenient to Highway and especially for me, my favorite restaurant in Florida, The Waffle House. The only thing lacking is free shuttle to the airport other than that I'm fine.

The hotel is entirely rundown and in the picturesyou can't really see how it looks like on the outside. When you get there it is completely different than what you expect from the pictures. Rooms are dirty (we found a dead roach visible underneath the bed), hair on towels, hair on beds, hair on toilet. Not all rooms have a 'do not disturb' sign and when we requested one it was never given to us. The walls are extremely thin so the train that goes by every few hours can be clearly heard. When someone is showering you lose the cold water in the sink and you have to wait a while before it comes out cold again. There is no real closet, just a 2 hangers by the sink. The desk chair is destroyed. When walking by the hallways the water coming out of the ACs hit you every so often. The stairs and hallways are gross and you can tell they don't clean their trashcans often because we could see trash overflow in the trashcan by the elevator all the time. It is really not safe as all the rooms on the first floor can be accessed from outside (you literally don't have to go inside the hotel at all) and the door that leads to the lobby is always open (no room key required) and the stairs to the other floors are also on the outside. Only 1 elevator. There is only 1 ice machine and not always does it have ice so you have to go ask for some at the lobby. Both nights we stayed when coming back at the end of the day there were cop cars talking to people outside the lobby.

Average rate , away from downtown/beach. Overall good for a night stay as a stop over

Thank you for writing a review. Your feedback is important to us as we strive to provide all our guests with the highest quality service and accommodations. I regret you were disappointed with your stay. The trains are required to sound the whistle as they cross the street adjacent to the hotel. We are negotiating to get a variance of this requirement. As for the rooms, we are currently extensively renovating the hotel. Please give us another opportunity to welcome you. We're sure you'll be pleased.
