Double Rooms Perfect for a Family
This double room corner apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 Kitchenettes. Perfect for families who want to stay together but have their own space - all in the same area. Guest walk through one bedroom to get to the other and there is a connecting door that can be closed for privacy.
The space in your apartment is only for you. No one has access and no one else will enter during your stay. There is no daily housekeeping to offer you the best rate possible. However, if something happens and you need our help please send us a message and we'll be sure to help.
Guests has access to their private apartment, the common area around the building to enjoy the lounge chairs, table & chairs to eat outside. There is a parking lot for our guest only (please read more about parking below under “Other Things to Note”). LAUNDRY ROOM There is also a laundry room for your use at the rear of the building. Washing machine detergent and bleach is provided. You will need $2 in quarters for each washer & dryer. The key to the laundry room will be inside your apartment hanging on the hook in the kitchen or in one of the kitchen drawer.

Everything in the neighborhood is in walking distance. The Beach of course, the famous Hollywood Broadwalk, the many restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, sports bars and beach rental supplier for things such as bicycles, skates, buggy’s, etc. to enjoy around the area.
Getting around is super easy... all you have to do is walk to the Broadwalk and start there. Turn right for all the action, restaurants, bars and shops. Want it quieter and more peaceful, turn left on the Broadwalk and stroll down a few more shops and restaurants, head to the picnic areas and less crowded beach.

Our host Marco was wonderful. He made sure we had everything and gave great recommendations. The property was clean and literally steps from the ocean. We didn’t need a car at all. The place is bare bones, but is clean and has more than expected. The beach towels and chairs were an awesome bonus and it saved us money. I would surely return. We had a great time!

Marco was always on call to answer questions and always very helpful. The place is just off the Broadwalk and had nice beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for our use. Bathrooms were a little small, but everything worked fine and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen and full size refrigerator. Will definitely stay again!

You could not ask for a better location! This place is really a bare bones accommodation, even down to the decor, but great for a short beach trip. Highly recommend if you’re just looking for a no-frills place to shower and sleep.

Great location. Great value for the budget vacation stay. Would have liked a family room and separate entrance for each room. Great for a family, but traveled with other couple. Cute little room in a great location! The boardwalk and beach are maybe 20 steps out your door. We loved the area. The room was clean, bathrooms are on the smaller side, beds were comfy. There are beach chairs and towels to use, so that was a plus! Marco is very good with communication and helped us out with whatever we needed. Recommend!

This was a great stay. Very clean and the location was great.I really enjoyed the proximity to everything, that was most ideal we were a street over from the beach and it wasn't to tourist filled either. Hardrock was 15ish min away, airport was about 20 min away, very easy drives.The units were great, had a connecting door and the layout is a tad wonky it works well.Super super clean and Marco was great with communication for anything we needed. Def recommend

When our friends arrived, they were allowed to leave the luggage in the unit and were told to come back in an hour. When they came back in an hour, the maids were not happy with giving them entry although Marco told us they could. He had to speak to them to get permission. We were very disappointed that there was no area to sit in a chair and relax. We knew it was a two bedroom unit but had no idea there was no sitting area. Then we got locked out because apparently the batteries were dead and it took several calls to get it corrected. The area is great, but we did have some hiccups.

Property was ok. Two beds, two, bath, two kitchen areas. Seemed like a door was put between two units making them one unit. We were grandparents with two teens who were able to have their own space and close the door. We were less than 50 steps to the beach and ocean. That is what we came for. Hollywood Beach boardwalk was great for am walks. LOVED The 5 days.

Marcos place is in the best location loved being so close to the broad walk and the beach. Marco was easy to deal with always responded to any questions I had within minutes. The place was very clean, only one recommendation I could give him is to change the shower heads out to handheld shower heads, only because the showers are so small that would definitely help.
