I really needed it just to sleep and I was comfortable.

Nothing safe was not friendly infermation was not aacurate

Check in person was miserable. Just got off the plane and waited to go to get rental car for 45 minutes and those people were pleasant at the airport. Then get treated like I’m interrupting her night by checking in. The room smelled like mold.

The toilet was broken and I the hotel manager almost broke into my room while I was getting dressed even though I told them I was on my way. Luckily, I had bolted the door. They are also using the coronavirus pandemic hysteria to trample on the civil rights of guests.

The water was a light yellow. Bugs in the bathroom, very slow drain in the bathtub. Only one key provided for two people.

DO NOT STAY!!! We arrived at the hotel at 1:00am after an evening flight, and it took 30 minutes to get our keys because the computer was hardly functioning. Once we got to our room, we found the room was filthy, abused, ans horribly outdated. When we turned down the beds, we found bed bugs. We immediately went to the lobby to tell the front desk, and she wouldn't let us in, but spoke to us through a transaction window. The only thing the agent offered us was another room, which we refused because of the presence of bed bugs. When we followed up with the hotel management for compensation, they refused to refund a dime.

The front desk staff was excellent!!! Very friendly and very professional!!!

Everything was ok, but the front desk person was not clear when she gave instructions for the Shuttle to the airport. I asked for a shuttle to take me to the airport at 2 pm, I have to wait an hour to get the shuttle.

The photos are not even true compared to what the hotel is. Its dirty, bad smell, old furniture and baths. Our room door didn't even closed as it should so I had to put a chair to block it

Had problems with wifi but good stay overall. Rooms was clean

Nothing. They have terrible service. They advertise pick up at the airport and I wanted 2 hours for them and nobody showed up

This place was a f_cking sh_t hole!!! I found a previous guests sock on the floor, previous guests hair on the bathroom floor... and used condoms in the parking lot. Plus the hair dryer didn't work, and when i called the front desk for a replacement, i was told housekeeping didn't arrive till 10:00am. But when we left the room for breakfast at 8:00am, housekeepers were already there cleaning rooms! The place sucked!!!

front desk staff rude. cleaning people didn't speak english. Asked to NOT have maid service, did not want anyone in our room, had Do Not Disturb sign on door. Maids did come into our room, we were gone all day, 10 hours, came back to our room and the door was ajar, OPEN. Could have been robbed blind. They threw out 'trash' I didn't want thrown out. Could get no response from Manager, would not return my calls, filed a complaint with Wyndham Customer Service. No trash cans in room. When asked for one, was gotten one from another room. No trash bag in it or one for the ice bucket. When asked why no trash bags, was told mgmt not allow them to use due to an incident with a 2 year old child. frig had no freezer compartment so I could refreeze my ice packs. I took to front desk to see if they would store in their freezer until checkout. When checkout came, they had trouble They tried to charge me for nightly parking which was wrong, only if you are storing your car there while on a cruise. Breakfast bar was poorly monitored. Out of everything. Had regular vagrants coming in to eat as well. Never stay here again!!!

Hotel claims that they have shuttle service from FLL airport, however no shuttle after 2 hrs and 5 calls to hotel. We ended up spending $50 for taxi. Total loss and spoiled vacation

Comfortable clean room and good breakfast. Helpful counter reception.
