Doing construction was very horrible wasn’t happy got charged extra when I got to the room very disappointed

The staff was extremely slow performing check-in. When I arrived at midnight, it took around 45 minutes for the staff member to check-in less than 8 people.

Front desk it was quick, I liked that. But the room wont be the same, the sheets it looks clean, but the carpet and the shower curtain had stains very ugly. The stain of the shower curtain it looks like blood and the carpet I dont want imagine. One of the towels looks like dirty, the rest looks like clean. The room smells good. The hotel when you dont have any chance to stay with another hotels this is the right place.

the wifi was awful in the rooms, it only worked right in the lobby, and with a different password, dirty towels were picked up but not replaced with clean.. everything else was ok..

Check in was horrible. Waited an hour and a half after check in time. I’ll never stay there again

I had a flight delay so I had to stay over for one night. I needed just a place to sleep and a airport shuttle in the morning. Not having a car, and being hungry, I asked how far, of a walk was it to get some food. The walk was about a mile and the walk was a lesson in why our country needs to help the homeless. After getting to the room, the room was disgusting, mold smell and damp. At night there was yelling in the parking lot, police came, don't know why.. In the morning I went to get my shuttle and the office door was locked. A women come to the talk through window and said it was closed wait outside for the shuttle. There was homeless people sleeping where I was to wait. I asked if I could come in and wait she said no.

Even though I booked a room 6 months in advance, and prepaid for it, when I tried to check in I was told there were no rooms available. The website says check-in ends at midnight and we had a late flight so I called a few days ahead to ask about this. I was told I could check-in over the phone. I called 4 times that night trying to check-in. The 1st call I was on hold 20 min, the 2nd call I was told to call back in an hour but I would be on my flight then, the 3rd call the clerk put the phone down and waited on people without answering me for 15 minutes, and the 4th call at 11:50 PM I was told there were no rooms. My Orbitz confirmation stated that my room was guaranteed. Needless to say I was not happy at having to find a room at midnight in Fort Lauderdale the day before a bunch of cruise ships departed. I paid double what the first room cost. Even though I contact Orbitz immediately, it took 11 days and 3 phone calls for them to get confirmation from the hotel that they cancelled the room, and not me. I finally got a refund on my credit card but to date - almost 3 weeks after my first call - I have not gotten my Orbucks back.

Ours room was close to the main road, we can hear all the traffic all night long.

Noisy (street and construction) and very basic. But for the price, convenient, clean and provides a place to sleep/shower and leave without breaking the bank..

Its a pit dirty no tolieters waited over and hour from air port. Payed for a king non somking and got a room with 2 full beds.there are no king beds here at all. False advertising . can hardly wait for breakfast

Waited over 2 hours for hotel shuttle from airport before we took a cab! You will not get checked in until mid afternoon. Staff overwhelmed but try hard. No restaurant near hotel. Two hamburgers from food truck on premise $29. Room clean enough but no wastebasket. No hand towels. Bed mattresses terrible. Six lane busy hiway outside of room. No tv channel guide. Internet impossible to use. Can not recommend.

Cockroaches, dirty rooms, noisy, and breakfast is a joke!

Reasonably priced, breakfast not served early enough. Medium hotel for a room for a night

dirty, smelly room. one of two elevators not working. broken toilet paper holder. failure to book shuttle to cruise port. skimpy breakfast. unadvertised and surprise charge for unwanted room safe.

The AC was leaking water in the room The floor was wet we asked for extra blankets and pillows there was none

We booked this motel for two nights following a cruise so we could check out Fort Lauderdale. Our room reeked - it smelled like a mixture of urine and mold. When we asked for a different room we were told the motel was full and there was nothing they could do even though we could look through the windows to see many empty rooms on the same floor. We also didn't get the fridge and microwave that we paid for and the dirty room didn't even get made up on the second day. At the end one pleasant lady at least apologized and offered to help us get a partial refund. This motel was not at all what we would expect from a Days Inn. It was a very disappointing part of our vacation.

The staff were courteous & professional. The "Days Inn" at this location is very tired in need of a major overhaul. There are two elevators in the building one in the front, one in the back, only the back elevator was functioning. There are no restaurants in close proximity and walking around this neighborhood in the evening did not make one feel at ease. There was a continental breakfast offered in the morning which was good but if you wanted anything at night your options were limited to ordering in from an outside location. They did offer shuttle service to the pier, we were going on a cruise, but it's not free, cost was $10.00 per person. I will do more research the next time round.
