Welcome to your home away from home in Pompano Beach! A quiet secure two story 16 unit condo property with a full time property manager on-site. This fully equipped ground floor condo is just a short 10 minute walk from the beautiful Pompano Beach, and is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops. Need groceries? No problem! The Publix grocery store is located right next door. Inside, you'll find a tastefully decorated condo with two bedrooms featuring a King bed and two Singles (which can be put together for a queen), two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a comfortable living room and two large flat screen TVs.. Additional amenities include quality linens, towels, beach towels, a beach wagon, beach umbrella, 2 hair dryers, iron, ironing board, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a quiet central AC and heating system. Take a dip in the heated pool or relax on the deck and grill up some dinner. You'll also have access to a reserved parking space for one car (with extra paid parking available across the street), as well as a full laundry facility on site. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable. The beach front offers Pier fishing, a beautiful sandy beach, splash pad, playground for kids and several waterfront restaurants. Nearby you can find a diving center, fishing pier, gyms, boat rentals, tennis, pickle ball, golf, Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi and shopping. Bring your bike or rent a bike and ride up and down the coast or ride the off road 4.4 mile loop around Pompano Airpark. This condo had everything we needed! The space was comfortable and had a lot of the little details that made it feel like it was well cared for. We purchased groceries to save money on food, so the Publix across the street was very nice as was the kitchen which was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances.

EVERYTHING about this condo was great! Top notch! We were greeted by a hand written note and a bottle if wine. Communication with the host was great. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was by far to best stocked I've ever experienced! It made cooking in so easy. Having not one but two gas grills in the courtyard was great! Having the pool literally right out the front door was a bonus! The pool was nicely heated which was great. Location of the condo was amazing! Its walking distance to Publix and a handful of restaurants. There was also beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a handy wagon to take to the beach!A fun highlight was soming back from a day of adventure to see they put up a lit Christmas tree and wreaths in the courtyard. Highly recommend staying here!! We will definitely stay here again!
