PARKING IS AN ISSUE. They did not state anywhere regarding parking that APT 3 and 4 DO NOT have an assigned parking spot. Every other apt does. if you do not have a parking spot you are going to end up paying a hefty price for parking just for one night to park in the city parking lots. The apartment is very close to the beach and close to a bar that is open pretty much all the time. I went with my baby and they did provide a clean cribette and high chair. Also be advised that their cleaning standards are different than hotels. so, most of their items are only washed with soap and water. Besides this the apartment was nice and decent.

We loved the property, bed is comfy, location is perfect and parking is very convenient. Definitely worth the money! If I had to improve one thing, it’d be the draining in the sink in the bathroom, it’s a little clogged. Other than that everything was great!

My biggest problem with the property was that it was VERY DIFFERENT than advertised. They gave the impression that it was a wateront towerlike Margueritaville and it was an old side street complex. False advertising.

No parking available for the all units, website said”limited parking “ but didn’t specify which units with, which are without , so you have to pay city for the street parking- we found it when just came and paid additional for 7 days we stayed- text the property team, call them, they couldn’t explain why their website doesn’t specify this issue. Finally, said that their manager will call us, but didn’t. Also, very small unit, even nowhere to hand your clothes, I’m serious, the first time saw it- my family ( 3 of us) were shocked

Extremely disappointed. I was contacted by text, 3 different numbers, to submit personal information and my credit card for deposit. When I arrived, it was noted I do not pre register. No where in the description was it stated I would need to perform this and expect a text. Prizing 3 different numbers makes it appear as a scam. I may have lost my non refundable reservation, but I will share this disappointing experience as a scam with my colleagues who visit Lauderdale frequently. Neither me nor my company and associates will reserve DesignedVR. My confidence in this unethical company is very low.

We had a pleasant stay the Beach Inn. The apartment was clean and reasonably well supplied with essentials. The management was very attentive. Being close to the delightful Broadwalk at Hollywood Beach was a treat.

Amazing place steps away from the beach!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We have stayed on Hollywood beach many times, in bigger and smaller places. This was our favorite place! Steps away from the beach and next to Margaritaville. We met such nice people in our courtyard and around the area.We felt very safe. We had great communication and easy check in and out! Will definitely be back! Thank you!!

The place was as clean as can be and ok but also as small as can be. No closets and nowhere to even put your luggage. Was just passing thru and only stayed 2 nights which made it ok. Price was right. Offsight Management was really good.

Definitely recommend and will return personally. Exactly as advertised. Small, quaint, quiet, comfortable. Nicely updated. Well run. Clean. Amazing location. TBH, I was a bit uneasy at first with the automated check-in process and large security deposit, but the check-in was easy, communication with representative was immediate when I had questions, and security deposit was returned without incident. Thank you for a great stay.
