Wi-Fi: internet connections (Comcast) the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property. Stream 4K movies or do video calls.
Laundry: you'll have access to the laundry room, shared by all units. They are coin operated.
Parking: assigned parking for one car in front of the building. You can park a second car in open spaces if any available.
