Overall clean, modern and comfortable. We checked in late and had to move rooms due to a weird smell and hair all over the room, especially bathroom. The staff was not friendly, on more than occasion. Bring your own towels, the ones provided are not much larger than hand towel size. The rooms are not even close to sound proof, we could hear everything in the hall and next door to us. There were very limited options within walking distance but their valet service was quick and easy to use. It was a fine stay but I wouldnt choose this hotel again.

the room was very nice and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating however some of the room descriptions are inaccurate, the shower head is not a rainfall one, there is no actual bathtub just a stand in shower and the pool was not an infinity pool as advertised. still a very h nice spot and i would stay here again

We arrived early and the check in person told us if we wanted a room then it would be a $25 charge. Finally we got into our room. The shower was not hot. Luke warm at best. The maintenance guy came up but no difference. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. The location was terrible. No restaurant without walking 30 min. Bad coffee. Room maintenance was “if requested” not a great experience

First the reservation was not complete. I had reserved and paid for 2 rooms and they only showed 1. After showing my confirmation e-mail. There was a long delay to find another room. Second- I had to request to have my room cleaned. Nobody showed up for 2 days. Third- Site did not provide coffee in the room or lobby. I don't think that is too much to ask when I am paying 250 dollars a night. Very Disappointed and will never stay at this property again.
