We were met by Stefania when we arrived, and she went over how to use the facilities in the house, and gave us recommendations for restaurants. We were able to make coffee in the morning, and the mini grocery down the hill was so convenient for anything we needed. The location was great, with shops, and several restaurants walking distance from the house. The beach was also nearby, and Poseidon Thermal springs was less than 10 minutes away. We took advantage of the outdoor patio, watching sunsets over cocktails. The pool was small but so refreshing from the hot sun.

Homely stay in fabulous location

8 nights in a lovely home in Via Citara, Forio. Great base for exploring locally and the Island. Roberto very good at communicating pre-visit. It would have been better if there had been some contact at all from Andreas on arrival, during, or at the end of our stay in the property. Thank you to Roberto.

Great Little Island Getaway!

Great location on the island of Ischia. Very good communication with owner and property manager. Home located within minutes of beaches and Poseidon spa. Great views of the ocean from patio. Well maintained, would it definitely stay again. 10 out of 10!

An amazing stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Roberto's house in Forio! The location was perfect, with stores, restaurants, and the beach just steps away. The pool was larger than I had thought and was fun for the kids. The nightly sunsets were simply divine. The house was clean and well kept, and Roberto was communicative and kind. I can't recommend this house more! Thank you, Roberto!

Great home near the water!

We just returned from vacation and this home was perfect for our family of 5. It was in walking distance to the beach and had a perfect small pool to enjoy when the beach got too hot. The views were breathtaking, too. We would stay here again in the future.

L'hĂ©bergement est trĂšs bien placĂ©, pour ceux qui souhaitent ĂȘtre Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage et des restaurants, dans un endroit calme, facilement accessible en bus.Il manque juste quelques commerces de proximitĂ© pour se fournir en alimentaire (la supĂ©rette en bas de la rue est juste hors de prix !)La maison est typique de l'Ăźle. C'est ce qui fait son charme. Il manque juste quelques Ă©quipements.pour rendre le sĂ©jour encore plus agrĂ©able.La piscine n'est pas trĂšs grande, mais c'est bien apprĂ©ciable pour se rafraichir en fin de journĂ©e.

Das Haus befindet sich in guter Lage Forios, recht ruhig gelegen, aber bei dem Preis von 1500 € fĂŒr 9 Tage hĂ€tten wir uns mehr versprochen. Von den angeblichen 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten sind nur 4 nutzbar, die 2 zusĂ€tzlichen auf der Not-Couch in der KĂŒche sind unzumutbar. Ein Badezimmer war ok, das Ă€ltere 2. fanden wir eine Zumutung, alter Duschvorhang, dunkelgraue Fliesenfugen, fĂŒr uns keinesfalls akzeptabel. Am 1. Tag war des Wasserkasten der einen Toilette defekt, wurde prompte instandgesetzt, am 2. Tag hatten wir kein heisses Wasser, wurde auch sofort repariert. bedeutete aber, 2 Tage mehrere Stunden auf den Installateur warten zu mĂŒssen. Die angeblichen 100 qm WohnflĂ€che können nur unter Hinzurechnng der beiden Terrassen zusammenkommen, es gibt eine klene KĂŒche, kein Wohnzimmer und keine bequemen StĂŒhle. Das Mobiliar hat Campingcharakter. Freunde haben eine Ă€hnlich große Wohnung 100 Meter von uns entfernt fĂŒr 500 € gebucht bei deutlich besserer Ausstattung.

Une superbe escale

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits chez Roberto et l'on n'imaginait pas à quel point la maison est parfaite. Elle est vraiment trÚs belle, l'extérieur est super agréable, l'accÚs à la petite piscine est un vrai plus et on arrive à la mer en 5 min à pied. A savoir que ce n'est pas à Forio mais à la station balnéaire de Citarra, donc trÚs peu de choses à voir sur place. Il faudra ensuite prendre la voiture ou le bus qui est vite bondé le matin. Je recommande fortement cette location pour un séjour d'escale, pour récupérer aprÚs des visites fatigantes.

Séjour détente en famille

Premier séjour sur Ischia avec 3 enfants de 5 à 11 ans. Le bus ligne 2 fait la liaison directement entre le port et a 200m de la maison. Les thermes sont à 5 min à pieds. Attention: seuls 3 bassins ouverts aux enfants... La maison se trouve dans une ruelle derriÚre la fontaine.. Calme et vue sur la mer.

Schönes Haus in sehr belebter Umgebung

HĂŒbsches Haus und schöner kleiner Pool.Kurzer Weg zum Meer. Ideal, um zwei Generationen zu beherbergen. Wenn die Betten im kleinen Zimmer nicht so kurz und unbequem gewesen wĂ€ren-eine echte Herausforderung fĂŒr große Leute. Drei GartenstĂŒhle rissen kaputt-sie waren offensichtlich schon etwas Ă€lter.Von den Hotels nebenan laute Discomusik und an einem Abend auch ein Feuerwerk.

Die KĂŒche ist fĂŒr eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Die NĂ€he zum Meer ist fantastisch und der kleine Pool einfach nett. Ein kleines GeschĂ€ft und mehrere Restaurants sind zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Roberto war fĂŒr alle Anfragen immer erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub! Besonders empfehlen können wir eine Inselrundfahrt mit Skipper.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt Super zentral am Meer und ist perfekt fĂŒr 4 Personen. DerCheck in hĂ€tte mit Strom besser funktioniert, aber ansonsten hat alles super gepasst. Gerne wieder!
