As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area, thoughtfully designed with comfort and sociability in mind. Conveniently located on the ground floor is a handy shower room with a utility area, featuring a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is also a separate WC on this level.

Ascending the stylish oak staircase, you’ll find a galleried landing leading to three inviting bedrooms. The spacious double bedroom boasts views over the serene pastureland, a Juliet balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to this is another double bedroom with a Juliet balcony, and a cosy bunk bedroom with a double bed and single above. These two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower over the bath, a separate shower, and a WC. Please note that the vaulted ceilings in the first-floor rooms result in some areas of restricted head height.
