A brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach front home with the most gorgeous 360 degree views. Wake up to a stunning sunrise whilst sipping your freshly brewed coffee and enjoy a sun-downer whilst watching the sky turn crimson at the end of a sun-kissed day.
We have designed the space to capture the best of the stunning views, applying international touches to the interiors, designed for your comfort and pleasure. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king size bed with generous double wardrobe space and lovely double aspect views over the ocean and island. Bedroom 2 has two single beds which can be joined together to make a king size bed, with double wardrobes and double aspect views over the pond and island. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a view over the pond and its varied birdlife and offers guests an initial stock of shampoo/shower gel, conditioner, hand soap and toilet roll. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities that you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy breakfast at the bar and lovely al fresco meals cooked on the bbq whilst you enjoy those mellow relaxed tropical evenings. Chill in the hammock on the terrace, along with the sun loungers. We hope that you will never forget the amazing views! Right out in front, a gentle one minute stroll down the slope takes you to your beautiful stretch of sandy beach. The ocean on the South side is shallow, allowing for generally gentle seas and a fabulous array of blues. With the ocean playground at your doorstop, explore on our kayaks and paddleboards and discover the beautiful coral heads or unspoilt and untouched hidden coves along the neighbouring coast.
Cowrie Beach House is located near William’s Town on Little Exuma and is a 5 minute drive from the famous Tropic of Cancer beach. William’s Town has some great beach bars and restaurants. George Town, the capital of Exuma, is where you will find the main shops, bank and restaurants. This is about a 30 minute drive away and the airport is a 45 minute trip.
Exuma offers so many unforgettable experiences from diving, boating and fishing to swimming with the Exumas pigs and meeting the indigenous iguanas.

This property was absolutely beautiful! The host was awesome - great communication and super helpful throughout our stay. The welcome packet had everything we needed to get settled in. The views were incredible, and the location was very private and peaceful. We loved having access to the secluded beach. It’s a little off the beaten path, but that’s part of what makes it so special. Highly recommend

This is a delightful, clean home with insane views of blue water, sunrises, sunsets and millions of stars. The large terrace overlooking the ocean is perfection with seating for lounging and dining. The setup was perfect for our family of three. We certainly appreciated the extras - like filtered water, icemaker, soft beach towels and extra chairs by the water. Lott, the caretaker, was helpful, attentive and always available to answer our questions. A few things to note - the kitchen is set up for bare bones cooking. We made it work, but utensils and cookware are minimal. We also struggled to get the dishwasher to run properly, so we handwashed. The laundry is in the garage below the living area and must be accessed by going outside. Take a headlamp for nighttime washing.We found the beds to be less than plush and lacking in ample bedding. But the fans and the A/C worked great! The walk down to the beach wasn't a problem for us, but I could see it being an issue, especially for littles or anyone who is a clumsy or not wearing proper shoes. It's easy to lose footing. Maybe stairs are in the future? The private beach is great for strolling! We didn't swim or kayak (it was a little rough) but we did catch barracuda and saw plenty of ocean life. This is the last house on the road so it's peaceful. We enjoyed the seclusion, but be aware that the road into the neighborhood isn't a short one. Get groceries in GT and don't miss Tropic Breeze!
