We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfect—on the beach and convenient to everything on Center Street. The house itself was very clean and clearly well cared for, which made settling in easy and comfortable.It’s also extremely well-equipped, especially for larger groups. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and gather together. The layout worked great for both relaxing and socializing.Having a golf cart already at the property to rent was a plus. Kate was very responsive and a joy to communicate with. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—clean, spacious, and in a great location. We would definitely go back !

What a perfect home for a family vacation! The views from the house are amazing. Everything was clean and well organized for our arrival. Host was an excellent communicator, easy to reach. All rooms are spacious, well decorated. Don't hesitate to book a visit at this house, it's an unbeatable location, home, and value.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Nicely stocked kitchen and every room had a bathroom. Plenty of space that everyone could have a worst plane if they wanted or gather together at the large kitchen table with a Beautiful unobstructed view of the beach. Property manager was always available if needed and very pleasant to work with. Absolutely would stay again

If you want absolutely everything in working order & pristine clean, this place may not be for you. However, it was a lovely place to gather for a large group vacation. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. Just a few steps to the beach, and very short walk to restaurants & shopping. We loved Rita’s & Center St Coffee.The host was extremely quick to respond & worked to resolve any issues.

Perfect beach house for larger groups, love that all bedrooms have a private bath and another in common area. Porches and rooftop deck provide amazing views, and close to the town center. This was our 5th year booking this house and plan to reserve again next year. Kate is a wonderful hostess and always responsive when needed.

Fantastic house, steps away and you are on the beach. 3 blocks from the center of Folly Beach. The decks have a fantastic view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious and nice. Kitchen was awesome. 2 refridgerators, super ice maker, all the cookware you need, clean and fresh. We are booked again for next August. Can not wait to get back to this house and Folly Beach August 2026.

The house has a great layout and plenty of room. The bedrooms are a good size and all have en suite bathrooms. Can’t beat the view. Kitchen has plenty of dishware. Two fridges and 2 dishwashers are great for larger groups. A short wallk to town.

This was the perfect beach house for our family! My husband and I were celebrating my retirement with our children and grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect, with large bedrooms that each had private full baths. The outdoor deck spaces were incredible, and the beach access was literally right outside our door! We would love to go back to this wonderful home again and again.

Nice beach house with a great location!

We had a family of 10 staying at this property during the first week of June. The weather and location were great, you are steps to town and the pier. It's also right on the beach but a bit away from the crowd which was welcomed. The house overall was in "good", not great shape. It could use a bit of TLC but overall worked well for our family.

Slice of paradise

Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views, especially from the roof. Surprisingly quiet slice of beach between 2 busy Folly beach access points. We especially appreciated the private bathrooms for each bedroom. We spent every day bodysurfing great waves, and every evening playing beach games until it got dark. music and nightlife are within a few walking blocks. Our host was easily reachable, and quickly solved a minor repair issue within hours. All indoor areas were accessible by those with mobility issues, much appreciated!

Kate was fantastic? We were at another rental and it was not a good one. I reached out to Kate very last minute and she was beyond accommodating to us. The house is a great location and within walking distance of all the restaurants and coffee shops etc…. The views of the ocean from the top floor were superb and the porches are where we spent most of our time! Highly recommend this property and any others they have!

Wonderful Beach House

This house was perfect for my family. A bathroom for everyone, a bedroom for everyone, a kitchen big enough for at least 5 people. Also, it was the best stocked kitchen of any house I have ever rented. 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, a wine fridge and a huge ice maker. Every night there was a thunder storm over the ocean and the porch was perfect for watching the lightning. We never turned on the TV. Quick and easy access to the beach.
