"We were given a room in Las Brisas which needed updating. The only thing that housekeeping seemed to do was make the bed and replenish the towels. The floors were not clean. Neither was the toilet or shower while we were there. The pool was very nice and they were plenty of lounge chairs. Both hot tubs were not working properly and needed upgrading. The ferry to the Paloma Island Beach was unreliable. There is no beach on the property itself which I did not realize when I booked the hotel. The restaurants on property are pretty good. There is nothing to do at the resort in the evening at all. This resort may have worked better if we had younger children because we did not take advantage of the waterpark at all. The staff were all very friendly and I liked that the coffee shop was open 24 hours."
