The king rooms are small. There are no outlets other than the ones used for bedside lamps and fridge. We had to unolug lamps to charge phones at night. The balcony was spacious. There is a pool but no hot tub. Provided coffee was horrible. Beds were comfortable.

From the front desk clerk Ruthy to our amazing room comfortable bathroom, comfortable bedding mattress pillows this was one of my favorite stays out of my 7day trip. I must say I liked this room better than my El Conquistador Ocean front room. I would definitely return to this establishment and highly recommend it.

The room was gorgeous, the whole place was well maintained and had a clean and creative feeling. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed without a car and had no issue with Ubers (even getting breakfast delivered via Uber Eats) and had a great dinner right next door. We also loved the he pool.

The place is nice. The room is new, clean, and organized. The staff is nice too. The patio and outside view are pleasant. Two things I don't like: (1) There are no table and chairs/sofa in the room. The separate door between the 2 rooms is not sound proof. I can clearly heard the sound from the next room.
