Happy with the location, but wish there were a few restaurants close by.

The room we had was great, if your like me you look for a great place to shower! This one had that. Staff was friendly, facility's were clean and modern. We got room service one night, food was great but some critter got into the leftovers we left out on the stoop, never figured out what it was. We cleaned up the mess. Really enjoyed searching the trees for iguanas, this place has a few! I would highly recommend this hotel.

bathroom light is poor the tub needs some Clorox the furniture is ratty most likely because of many years of unruly spring breakers. bad service no bell hopes no good concierge service sent us out on a 1000.00 fishing trip on a boat hat was spewing diesel exhaust after telling her we wanted a nice boat to spend the day one bad referral. Hidden fees( that we got removed as we didn't get to use the resort due to the spring break crowd that took over the hotel wine beer spilled all over the floors every day and nite! Yelling adolescents in the halls every night. BAD BAD BAD! I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THAT HOTEL OR ANY OTHER SHERATON HOTEL. WASTED MY MONEY ON THIS VACATION VERY STRESSED OUT AT THE THE END OF THE TRIP!

Tried to downgrade our room without us noticing. When we complained we were given our room and they waived the resort fees which was nice. The room we booked was nice but the thermostat for the room was pointless. It was either an ice box or turn it off. Overall the hotel was nice and the shuttle to downtown was convenient.

Nice hotel, large suites. The hotel is 1 mile from the airport and provides a shuttle that will pick and drop you off to the airport. The shuttle will drop and pick you up 2 blocks from Duval Street every hour up until 4:30/4:45pm, then it runs every 30mins until 12am. The hotel is across the street from Smather's Beach. You can rent a bike from the hotel or from a few bike rentals that are walking distance from the shuttle drop off site near Duval Street and bike ride all throughout Key West instead of taking Cabs, those are more expensive. Food at the hotel was surprisingly good. The staff was weird except for one staff member I spoke with, Mr. Ed one of the drivers who was so nice and helpful. Many of the staff had such a weird attitude, slightly rude.

Loved my whole vacation lots to do awesome sweet rock on baby food driinks people super super awesome anybody get to key west now hurry.

The room is clean and comfortable. Orean front is deceiving with a noisy street and some trees lying between the hotel and the beach. The staff knocked our door wrong three times!

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel provided shuttle to downtown.

Right across from the beach and a great restaurant as well!

We chose this hotel because of the airport transportation and shuttle to and from the marina and Duvall street (hourly-sometimes more often) which is included with your stay. Also, because of its proximity to the beach. Hotel grounds and spacious room was very clean. Hotel staff was always kind and accomadating. We found ourselves at the pool bar quiet often as the bartenders were very friendly and fun! I would return just to visit them. The only downside is that food and beverages are on the pricey side. But when you are on vacation, you pay it. However you could very easily take the shuttle to the liquor or grocery store...we were just too lazy. The beach was right across the street, but we didn't go often as the pool and jacuzzi was our favorite place to be. Would definetky return, but go out more for food abs drink.

Good size for a room in key west. The staff was excellent. The fish taco was good. Nice pool and hot tub

I've been coming to Key West for almost 15 years and have never stayed near the beach. I only stayed one night but this is a wonderful location. From the easy access to the beach, great food and service at the restaurant plus the shuttle to Duval. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Key West

11:15 pm wake ups by fire alarm from students smoking in thrir room

My house is very noisy and it is not very clean in the bathroom

Wonderful hotel . They have a very convenient location. Rooms are kept very clean and amenities are great . They have a shuttle service to the downtown which is neat in case you don't want to drive or walk . A little expensive though. They charge undue fees and even parking extra.

Nice, comfortable room & great location, overlooking the water.

Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. It was a great location and the concierge service and poolside bar was great.

Did all the things right for guests. Clean, and comfortable suite, across from beach, and hourly free shuttle to and from town.

Love everything about KW. The hotel is great. This was our 2nd trip back & staying at the same hotel. Love the shuttle service, food was great. Awesome outside bar & pool.

Sheraton Suites was a big part of making our first trip to Key West fabulous. It is a wonderful hotel. Our room was large, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff - ALL of them- were extremely courteous, helpful, and cooperative. Having a pool on site and the beach so close was a real plus. We were especially grateful and pleased with the efficient and constant availability of the shuttle service. Our main shuttle driver - "Ed" - was a great source of valuable tips, good information, and humor. He is a tremendous asset to your whole operation - don't lose him! We had one of the greatest times of our life in Key West and the Sheraton was a huge part of that experience. Kudos to you. We'll be back and have already told all our northern friends they need to go to Key West, stay at the Sheraton, and have the time of their life.
