Hotel com boa estrutura porem em mal estado de conservacao, detalhes de conservqcao nos quartos que fazem a diferenca, paredes sujas, vidros quebrados dos banheiros, agua que esquentava so de vez enquando, banheira minuscula, Wi-Fi nao funcionava entre outros detalhes

Primeiro que após confirmação de reserva, quando chegamos ao local não achamos ninguém, tudo fechado, sem nenhuma satisfação, chegamos de um vôo por volta 22 horas. Uma completa falta de respeito com os clientes. Se estava fechado por que a reserva foi confirmada. Vergonha.
