We booked for 2 queen beds & a pull out couch for 5 people. The hotel didn’t have that. The guy working the desk sat at the breakfast area and didn’t offer any solutions. He didn’t even get up to go to the computer. We slept 5 in 2 beds. Pool did not look cared for.

Room was clean but bed was uncomfortable, shower faucet leaked, and ac did not turn off. Twice we encountered staff lounging on the sofas instead of being behind the desk. One staff member was so bold he was relaxing on the couch vaping and watching videos on his phone. Not very professional.

Everything was great except the water temperature for the shower which we could not get beyond luke warm, bu there was plenty of hot water for the sink.I'm thinking the temperature on the boiler / water heater needs to be adjusted.

Room was spotless. Alisa was at the front desk is a joy and always very helpful. I deducted 1 star for the same 2 reasons as last time because the sofas are well past their usefulness. You sit on them and you sink in. Also the hot tub is STILL NO WORKING !
