Facilities are a little tired looking, but I for the price you pay I think is you get what you pay for. It’s clean, the sheets , pillows and the one towel they give smell fresh and clean. The communication with the young man at the front desk is not the best, I’m originally from El Salvador so my Spanish is very similar to Guatemalan Spanish and I could tell the young man said yes or no some times even if he was not understanding. You get 2 free boat rides to Flores and back a day between 8am and 5pm after they hrs. And it’s Q5 after the 2 free rides. Others charge Q10 to tourists always in 2923.

We had stayed in this hotel prior and had a good experience but unfortunately on this occasion the price that we had put it was more money when we got to her. We were so tired from coming from Colombia that we didn’t have it in us to argue the extra money. When we got to the room. There’s no toilet seat. And the small fridge was broken. When I asked to have it looked at. The young man looked at me and I could tell he had no clue how to take care of this. It’s too bad that we had a much better experience prior. Impasse also realize that it’s not in Flor as you must take a boat, which they provide a driver for five quesssles each.
