The front staff was excellent. I was greeted immediately and he took the time to tell me about the sites near the hotel. I loved the location - all within a short walk of major attractions. The room could use a little refresh with the bed and the walls. The overall size of the room was great for ...
This hotel doesn't have a flashy outside appearance, but the rooms and staff were excellent. Right across form the train station makes this a perfect choice for commuters. We took a train from Rome, walked across the street, spent a lovely evening in Florence, and had a taxi take us 10 mins to the ...
How this place isn't a 4 star, I don't know. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The AC was very nice and the beds were most comfortable. The breakfast for our family our family of 5 probably saved us $75 in food each day. The only downside is the stairs and checkin on the 5th floor with heavy ...
Great classic hotel located near all of Florence’s landmarks. Large well furnished room. Great breakfast included. Everything you want to see in Florence is within easy walking distance. Many restaurants and wine bars in the neighborhood. Will stay here again next time in Florence.
Wanted a place to stay that was close to the airport as we were leaving early in the morning. Room was great! Staff had a taxi waiting for us a 5:30am. Pointed us in the right direction for a nice dinner when we arrived at 8pm.
I really loved this hotel in Florence. I would rate it above average. From the moment I walked into this hotel I was impressed with the super fast service provided and the features of the room. The room had been upgraded with a new bed, a rain shower and very beautiful light features in the bathroom ...
The location of this hotel is fantastic, and I slept amazingly in the room! Water pressure in the shower was great, and you receive a proper king sized bed (unique in Europe!) The building is a beautiful old building, very modern on the insides- lots of dark colors, just so that you know. The staff ...

Hotel was very clean and very comfortable, but is a bit out of the way from the town center (1-2 miles) where all of the action takes place. It is nice and quiet, but not extremely close to dining/nightlife options. Very close to tram station is a plus when arriving via train. If the distance from town center doesn't bother you, I'd highly recommend the hotel. Free wi-fi in lobby is nice, but was painfully slow. Florence is an amazing city and this hotel did not disappoint me.
very nice Hotel conveniently located, near the train station and in the middle of historic center...steps away from Academia gallery, Duomo and Ponte Vecchio.
The location of this hotel is fantastic, and I slept amazingly in the room! Water pressure in the shower was great, and you receive a proper king sized bed (unique in Europe!) The building is a beautiful old building, very modern on the insides- lots of dark colors, just so that you know. The staff is friendly, and there is a public parking lot next door (very rare for Central Florence) that charges about 30 euros a night. Walking distance to most all sights, this hotel was pleasant to say the least!!
Nice friendly and helpful staff in a wonderful City
