We just checked out this morning. This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. Excellent service from staff and top notch facilities. The junior suite was perfect for a family of three. The daily breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from and special order options and the breakfast dining areas were both inside and outside. We would definitely repeat our stay and recommend this hotel.

Slightly disappointing

Great hotel but I wasn’t offered any VIP perks and had to pay for full price for breakfast, despite the VIP discount mentioned when booking. I had a faulty toilet seat in the bathroom and when trying to book services, I was told I had to book a day in advance, even though I was only staying for one night.

A great place to stay

It’s a very clean beautiful hotel. The bed is comfortable and the staff is delightful. I will definitely stay here again. It was quiet everything is in beautiful condition.

Absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for accom in Florence. Was a bit apprehensive as I thought it might be too far out from the centre of things but it’s extremely close and so easy to walk to and around. Supermarket nearby and a nice cafe right on the corner across the road. Friendly staff and the hotel was absolutely beautiful!

This was an VIP property but did not offer or mention anything. When I asked them about they said no. Overall property was nice and in a good location. Only one of the guy in the reception was not helpful at all
