Property was nice, location was convenient and breakfast was good. Only downfall is the luggage hold is actually just a large room that everyone puts their own bags into and takes from themselves so it's on an honor system, no actual baggage 'check'. If you want your items safe and secure, walk them across the street to the train station and pay the few Euros to check them in.

Very nice hotel. Located literally right across the street from the train station so it is very convenient. Excellent breakfast in a large room with lots of tables and great variety. The only complaint is that there is noise on the street and the city cable cars run until around midnight and make a lot of noise when coming and going through the train station. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend, unless you are a very light sleeper - - I can sleep through anything so the noise did not bother me.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not worth the price, wasn’t clean. Was very uncomfortable, the bed spread was gross and dirty. The bed sheets weren’t enough to keep us warm. The toilet was worn out and disgusting. The double bed was 2 beds that moved in the middle of the night since they were so light so we kept ending up with a gap in the middle. The staff were arrogant. The internet was so slow it didn’t load anything and the hotel was called an internet hotel. When asked at check out why it was called an internet hotel we were told it’s bcuz it’s their last name! The breakfast was so gross that we didn’t even eat anything. Overall it was a really bad hotel in every aspect and I would warn anyone from staying there. There was no standards. The towels also weren’t clean and the elevator took ages to get up to the 3rd floor. We actually thought we were stuck since it took so long. Worst 3 nights of my life.

Close to train station. Walking distance to most of Florence attractions. Good value for the money.

The hotel itself is a no frills stay and the location is near the train station, but this can be good and bad. Like the fact we could walk across the street and catch the train, but the area is very questionable. The cost per night for a "room" (no frills) was way too high in my opinion. The room was clean, but not what we expected for a romantic stay in Florence. Spend your money on a memorable stay...not this place. if you are traveling for business, maybe, but I still think the price is too high.

Very close to the train station and comfortable walk to all the sights. The free wifi was terribly slow and times out frequently which is a pain if your international phone plan requires wifi.

we will definitely stay at this hotel again. it's 1/2 block from the train station and 3 doors from a wonderful restaurant. the Wi-Fi was a little cumbersome (each device requires a separate code which must be renewed every 2 days) but it was a very minor issue. the price and location of this hotel was splendid.

the internet system needs a big change, was slow or just did not work. the breakfast was not bad but they could have changed it a little every day. 5 days of the same thing is not good

The hotel is OK. I do not requiere full amenities, and it filled our needs. Parking lot is close and not as expensive it could be.

Convenient and economical. No complaints. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was pleasant. Three of us shared a room, there wasn't any drawer space to put clothing, other than a large closet with a few shelves and night stand drawers but we made it work. If you plan to utilize the train/bus station, location would be perfect. It is a little further away from the many Piazza's and museums, but still walkable.

Free WiFi and it's right next to the train station!

good price, good location, room clean, nice bed!!!

I went with my friend for the night and ended up staying an extra night. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. I plan on going back. Great location, across the street from the train station and a few minute walk to the Duomo and other great attractions.

This hotel is right across the street from the train station. This is good because we didn't need to drag our luggage across town but the noise at night was very loud. The hotel is on a main street so there is also traffic noise too. Maybe if you get a room that's not on the street it would be nice. The room was big but the bathroom was small. The breakfast in the morning was good. The location of the hotel was OK. We walked EVERYWHERE so it might have been a little better if we stayed closer to the Duomo. Over all the room was OK.

Dear Jenna, Many thanks for your kind review, we enjoyed so much that your holiday in Florence has been a beautiful experience. The baggage control involves having one more person on the staff and requesting a quota from the customer. If customers have valuable things like computers, tablets, documents ... we have no problem keeping them in the back office. The luggage room for arrivals has the door with the key while the departure depot has video surveillance. Hoping to have the pleasure to welcome you in our hotel in the near future, we send many hugs Greetings from Florence,

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review of the Delle Nazioni Hotel. We appreciate you taking the time to provide detailed feedback regarding your recent stay. Excellent position to reach the points of greatest interest on foot or by electric buses. Trains and buses to visit Tuscany or the outlets are very close. Those who choose our hotel are usually used to living in the city and anyway we want to clarify to all travelers that trains, trams and most overnight buses are stopped during the night. Surely the prices in high season (from April to October) proposed by our structure during your stay was the most convenient considering that we are surrounded by higher categories. The services offered are described in detail on all the websites, to choose the one closest to our needs it is sufficient to put filters on the search We hope you will reconsider to stay here again so we can take the opportunity to restore your confi-dence and to assure you of our best attention to your specific needs, We look forward to welcoming you back when you next visit in Firenze. Best regards,
