The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise! Alazne at the front desk went above and beyond for us, including in making personalized recommendations for places to visit (based on our interests), and for places to eat (each of which were fantastic). The minute I/we walked in, we were in awe. Very bright and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view into the garden was breathtaking. The staff, were all genuinely friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and always plentiful. Endless cups of beverages. The bartenders, in the evening, were helpful to provide the relaxation that came in the favorite drink. The location of Hotel Orto Dell Medici is conveniently out of heavy tourist traffic but close to attractions: San Marcos Museum, The Accademia Gallery - home of the statue of David, and more.
