Pros: Spacious Room, great locationCons: Unsafe foyer, unlit Stairwell, Water issues, mosquitosA lot to like about this place, however we had a homeless person show up in the front lobby on evening/morning. This is likely because the main door to the building needs clearer instructions on closing it and other guests may of had trouble. In addition the stairs are unsafe and unlit. Even when turning on the lights, half the bulbs don’t work.One night/morning of our stay we didn’t have any water due to issues in the building.The location is wonderful and it was a few friends so we didn’t mind these things as much, but these could be major issues for others.
