Ad Images are Deceptive

The photos showed a balcony with a beautiful view, but this was far from what we got. We did not get an apartment with a beautiful view. On the bright side, the space was clean, and the location was good. The bed is comfortable. The AC works well. But the wifi is slow, there are five flights of stairs with no elevator, and the bathroom furniture is hard to avoid with your shins.

Right next to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Prime location with lots of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to every attraction. Lovely unit with well equipped kitchen and laundry amenity. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Their map provides discounted restaurants, and we tried few, and they're all very good, and we were given discount just by showing the map. The only draw back is it's a bit noisy at night. I would like to book their units again if I go back to Firenze.

This was an amazing apartment close to everything and very well proportioned. The communication with management was excellent and location, the best. HOWEVER, the noise from the outside bars and restaurants carry and the party goes on till 2-3 am. While we were able to sleep it is not for the lite sleeper specially the front bedroom. I woke up several times during the night and the party was still going on outside. The good part to this, you can party within 10-15 yards of the apt: Overall, I would recommend this place on via Palmieri for the excellent location.

Our Florence trip was amazing, our room served its purpose and wasn’t a hindrance in any way. Our host helped out to find the location which was a bit tricky, but once we got it once it was all easy from there. Perfectly located. Very clean. Cute little place perfect for two. The property was older which meant you can clearly hear all outside sounds. Pretty sure there was a restaurant under usas late at night you could hear the trash being taken out. You could also hear talking until early in the morning. Having said that if you want to be where everything is happening then this is the place. You go out the front door make a left and the famous bridge is a block and a half away if you go right then right again you are in a famous square with lots is statues. Overall I loved the location

Great space with some glaring flaws. There are easy fixes to most of the flaws, but can't give place high marks with the flaws. First, there is no place to put soap in the shower. A liquid soap dispenser should be attached to the wall of shower. In addition, shower head leaks terribly. Closet setup totally inadequate. Lovely piece for hanging and stacking clothes, but it doesn't work. Not enough space. Unfortunately the neighbor on the floor is a real downer. This property is more beautiful in person than in pictures! We absolutely loved this property! It was central to everything! The duomo was less than a 2 minute walk away and could be completely seen from 2 of the 3 bedrooms providing this surreal view during the day and especially at night. It was so close! We loved that! All the best places to eat in Florence were no more than a 7 minute walk. The property was clean and updated but still had that old Italian charm. We would definitely stay at this property, again, when we return to Firenze!

2 minutes from Ponte vecchio, it is a great spot to be in. The Duomo is 10 minutes and Céntrale is about 20. Food on the street is exceptional at the restorante Santa Feli and the Trattoria di Guiccard. Everything else is walkable, within 20 -25 minutes at the most. The apartment is verrry comfortable and great for families. Internet is weak but they are working on an upgrade. Staff is highly responsive via email and show up quickly as needed. Joel was very welcoming and set us up well. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Came from the US for our honeymoon in early March and rented from them. I don’t have a single regret!! The hosts were very easy to work with. Communication was consistent and the instructions were very easy to follow for check-in and finding the place. Any issues we may have had were taken care of immediately by the hosts. They use email and iMessage for contacting which is nice coming from the US. The apartment was very clean and spacious. They are located near many restaurants and shops. You also get a small discount at a few restaurants and stores. They give you a map with all the details for that. The host made our first time in Florence an unforgettable one and we will be renting from them again in the future! I would recommend these host to all of my family and friends interested in traveling to Florence.

Great accommodations

We rented a studio that was well-appointed, with a nice kitchen, queen bed and a sleeper sofa. More than we needed and we did not cook at all, but the kitchen was so nice it was a bit of a shame! We felt like locals coming out of our apartment each day, and it was so nice to end the day in such roomy accommodations. I would love to come back and stay awhile here and really enjoy the place!

Good value in great location

Great value in a wonderful location, especially since we’d just paid double for a similar property in Rome. The apartment we were in was “shabby chic” with IKEA furnishings and mismatched kitchen items but it was still quite charming with lovely high ceilings. The shower fixture rusted off the wall while we were there, the hot water ran out if all four of us wanted to shower straight after each other, and the toilet pipes often clogged, but we still enjoyed our stay! Management were very responsive and helpful. Overall we felt like it was worth what we paid.
