El apartamento es luminoso y se encuentra en una calle tranquila que conduce a Bellosguardo, un área de Florencia ubicada en una pequeña colina desde donde se puede admirar la espléndida vista de la parte más antigua de la ciudad. Se encuentra en la planta baja con un jardín privado de 60 metros cuadrados.
Consta de una habitación doble, una habitación individual, una habitación doble, dos baños con ducha, una cocina totalmente equipada.
Previa solicitud, la habitación doble puede convertirse en una habitación doble.
Puede encontrar todas las comodidades: calefacción independiente, aire acondicionado, TV vía satélite, Wi-Fi, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, dos secadores de pelo (uno para cada baño), ropa de cama, mantas, almohadas y toallas.
El jardín privado está equipado con todas las comodidades: una mesa con sillas, un pequeño sofá, tres tumbonas ... es el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un día de turismo, cenar en paz o tomar una copa de vino. .
El jardín tranquilo, seguro y sin riesgos es el lugar ideal para familias con niños.

Sonia, our host, was simply incredible. Our plane was delayed for hours yet she met us at midnight to welcome us personally. The apartment is charming - impeccably clean. Two rooms, two baths, and a nice sitting area (plus a washer!). Located a nice walk from the city center, it was so fun! Sonia called us a taxi so we didn’t have to worry about that task - it makes all the difference when traveling to encounter such wonderful people as Sonia.

The apartment was cozy and full of Italian character. The host was waiting for us when we arrived which was very convenient. She had a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us as well as coffee, milk, sugar and tea which was a nice treat. She also had a new washing machine along with laundry detergent and electric dryer racks. She gave us all the information we needed for a two day stay and then some. She was not only our host but a new friend. Would definitely book with her again. Thank you Sonia.

A perfect stay! The location is great, convenient to the major attractions, yer far enough away to be quiet and feel like a local. Sonia was a perfect host. Communication was fast and thorough. We were welcomed to the apartment by Sonia who explained all the features and spent a lot of time to give us tips about things to do, where to shop, transportation suggestions, and restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated the bottle of wine, chips, and cake! It was very nice having coffee for the morning to start our day after a long flight to Florence. I wish there was an option to rate with more stores. This is an exceptional property and host!

This place was amazing, and Sonia was the most gracious, attentive, helpful property manager… She took care of us at every turn and got cab for us when needed. We just did not know about. We just did not know about the cleaning fee. It was not in the listing, but that was fine and well worth it.Her home was immaculate. Also a great location to walk to many of the main attractions like see Pitti place boboli Gardens, Santo spirito Academies. Highly recommend this location and this host… You will love it

Great apartment within a 20 min walk to city center. The apartment was clean and stocked with basic necessities. I can't say enough about the host Sonia. She made check in and check out a breeze and was readily available with any questions, concerns or suggestions. Perfect Host and Perfect Apartment!

Sonia was a perfect host, she spent time with us upon check in to make sure we understood everything, had great recommendations for food and attractions, had lots of maps and information and took the time to show us where things were on the maps, left a nice gift of wine and cookies, and was super helpful getting us a taxi when we were having trouble with it. We also really appreciated her very good English skills. She made us feel welcomed and I believe she truly wanted us to have the best time. Thank you Sonia!What a great 3br 2ba apartment in a cool neighborhood. Perfect for active people who like to walk a little, 10 minute walk to the river, less than 10 more minutes to any of the attractions or train station. Located basically across the street from a little lively park, surrounded by restaurants, bars, a little grocery, a patisserie, a pharmacy, and gelato of course. Certainly less touristy on this side of the river, which was perfect for us, felt like we were part of a neighborhood. Right on a bus line that took us up to the Piazzale Michelangelo in 10min, picking us up and dropping us off less than a minute walk to/from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need, fully loaded kitchen, laundry, an awesome patio, and AC which was great since we happened to be there during a heat wave.

Unbelievable Hospitality!!

I have never met an owner like Sonia!! The genuine hospitality and care shown to make sure our needs were met was unlike any other I have ever experienced….and I’ve travelled a lot!! Sonia went above and beyond to give us a tour of the property, the workings of the door locks, etc. She pulled out a map of Florence and provided suggestions for local restaurants and sights to see.The residence was wonderful!! Very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. We cherished the courtyard where we could sit outside and enjoy a wine (or two)!Highly recommended!!

Absolutely Fabulous!

I can't say enough good things about Sonia and this apartment. First of all Sonia herself - what a lovely lady! She met us at the parking garage down the street (where we left our rental car during our time in Florence) and walked us to the apartment. She oriented us using a map of the city and pointed out all the nearby restaurants. She thought of literally everything from showing us how to use the washing machine to the shampoo in the shower - she even gifted us a bottle of wine. The location of the apartment is AMAZING and one of the main reasons I chose it. It was a short, easy walk to the river and then across any of the bridges to the famous sites. The neighborhood restaurants are great, especially the one right across the street. The gelato by the park was fantastic and the perfect place to stop on the way home. The apartment itself is cozy and had exactly what we needed - two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a dining room and sitting room, plus the lovely patio. My husband and I were traveling with our adult daughter and her husband, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The heat/AC were perfect and the wifi worked great. We felt very safe with the two locked doors to get into the building and then the locked door to the apartment. If you are planning a trip to Florence this is the place to stay. THANK YOU Sonia for everything.

Nice Apartment, Great Location, Helpful Host

The apartment was in great condition. Easy to access on the main floor with a lovely private courtyard. Several grocery stores are within walking distance and we were able to stock up on food to make meals in the kitchen. Host Sonia was very responsive to our questions before arriving, gave us lots of info on our arrival, and even booked us a taxi to the train station the morning we left!

Amazing Stay in Florence

My family truly enjoyed our stay at Sonia’s apartment. She greeted us with a bottle of wine and provided us with tons of great information - including some lovely restaurants. She even helped us book a couple of taxis. The apartment was lovely and fully equipped with everything we needed.
