Magnificent apartment, furnished with great personality and unique pieces, located in an elegant area a few steps from the center. The terrace, overlooking the hills of Fiesole, San Domenico and Maiano, is the ideal place for breakfast, lunch or a romantic candlelit dinner. Equipped with all modern comforts and appliances, it consists of 2 large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, a living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a large terrace. Furnished through a targeted search for unique furniture and objects, each capable of telling a story or an experience. The apartment represents a unique environment in the Florentine tourist panorama. It stands out for its original style and design that make it a museum to live and inhabit.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.

To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. Stunning apartment and hosts

This apartment has a real wow-factor. Decorated with style and wit, the years of collected items and how they are displayed is a pleasure to browse. We were still noticing new items on the last day.A huge footprint with plenty of room for our family of five, the apartment was light and airy and the addition of the private terrace/outdoor space really finished it off.We bumped into the owner on numerous occasions and he was a pleasure to speak to, always helpful and happy to offer advice when asked.The agents were brilliant to deal with. Always available via messaging and very quick to respond to any questions we had, even late at night!We could walk to the Duomo/Historic Centre in 20 minutes but it was great being able to escape the hustle and bustle and come back to the local restaurants and neighbourhood around the apartment in the evening.Highly recommended!
