The rooms are dated. The beds feel like they have had thousands of bowling balls bouncing in them since the 20th century. The pool/hot tub area are open from 4pm to 11pm. The staff are inattentive at best and rude at worst.

The rooms are dated but were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the big pool and the hot tub was super warm and nice. The arcade is very small but still ok. There are animal statues and palm trees on the property and geese everywhere. It was quiet and close to shopping and eating.

The staff was great and my room was super clean! Much like all hotels I have stayed at lately,but could use some touch up paint here and there but my experience was amazing! I slept so well in the Tropical Dome even with kids playing till 10 or 11 at night. Affordable price for a 5 day stay to visit Dad for Father's Day! I am hoping I get to retuen here next year!
