Spacious apartment in great location

We had a fabulous time staying in the Santo Spirito area - much more quaint and less touristy the the center. The rooms are spacious and an excellent fit for our family of five. We struggled with the check in process over Vrbo with the property manager. They rent it out through another platform as well and do not appear to be familiar with VRBO The heat was also inconsistent - one room appeared to me set on a low limit and other room was never cool enough.

Very large, well-renovated modern apartment in an old building, with a full kitchen (including dishwasher and clothes washer) and a large living room. The living room has a possibly 20 foot ceilings. The bedrooms are helpfully separated from the kitchen and living room, which helped accommodate the differing sleep schedules of our group. Three full bathrooms. The place is so large that it needs and has two different WiFi systems. Excellent location within sight of Pitti Palace and around the corner from Santo Spirito. Alessandra was terrific. We hope to return!
