Staff very warm, welcoming, and willing to help. Very close to high-traffic tourist street (iconic bridge, plazas, shops, food, etc) but far enough away you don’t feel it or see it from the hotel. We had the best experience at Residenza Alessandra! It is in a great location within Florence - close to the Arno river, tourist spots, and great shopping. There was plenty of space within the room, bathroom, and loft above. The hospitality was great and every one was so kind to help us - including local dinner recommendations! We can't recommend this place enough!

The managerial staff greeted us and showed us where our room was (in another building about 15ft from main hotel). The room was amazing, clean, and modern. The bed was comfy, the bathroom/shower was amazing, and there is a loft. The staff was very helpful and responsive to questions, and gave recommendations. Wifi in the room was good.
