Pros : Good communication with staff and quick responses via WhatsApp messaging. Not too far from Firenze SMN Train station. Good central location near high end brands, and near the Santa Maria Basilica. Bathroom is modern. Large king mattress. Elevator was very useful. Not overly expensive per night cost. Cons : Instructions for using keys and opening doors needs updating. Note there are 5 keys you need to use, just to get into the apartment! There is are no basic appliances like toaster or kettle. Windows open up into an enclosed back part of the rear adjacent buildings. Evening noise is annoying, and it sounds like there is a window open (maybe the windows do not close properly). Noise is mainly from the various restaurants kitchens that your window face, and you can hear hours of dish washing going on as you try to sleep. Also just take note that there is no washing machine (correctly listed as not having one, but just take note).
