Everything was neat and fine. nice stay and location

the staff was so friendly and the candy on the elevator was just over the top sweetness!

This was a smaller hotel in the outskirts of central Florence. It was further out than I expected from maps and was the primary reason I don’t think I will stay again. The staff was lovely. Very helpful and polite. The room was small but clean. Pillows the hardest I have experienced. The towels were a bit threadbare in places. The breakfast was an extensive continental buffet and the early evening ‘high tea’ included finger sandwiches, cake, cookies, tea & coffee. Pros: excellent staff, breakfast included, safe and clean. Cons: distance from central Florence, pillows/towels

Fantastic complimentary breakfast, with coffee that still has me smiling

Nice hotel, close to the main attractions. Good spot to stay, staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and had a nice view.

Beautiful hotel with such nice staff, located conviniently close to so many shops and food & in walkable distance from the train station; which is a huge plus. Room was very spacious & comfortable. The terrace was stunning with the view of the city. I would definately come back. We only stayed one night as passing through to Rome but next time we will definately stay here longer.

It was a pleasant stay. Regina was very welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. Carlito was great with his service. The hotel is walkable to all sights. It is also walkable to the train as well. The breakfast was delicious and and after a long day walk tea time is very convenient. I recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast very clean, cozy room. Comfortable bed and room. Lovely, boutique hotel. Will definitely come back.

Very convenient location; only few minutes from most historic sites in Florence, clean rooms and a good complementary breakfast but the room is small with hardly any space for belongings.. Great for single travelers!

Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. They provided us with great ideas for things to do while in Florence. We will definitely stay there again!!!

This hotel surpassed our expectations: good size room, comfortable beds and pillows, nicely decorated and equipped, friendly staff, convenient location, good value for money. Highly recommended! P.S. If hotel staff reads this review I would recommend adding a hanging soap dish in the shower (otherwise you have to place soap and shampoo on the floor) and to add a tower hook near the shower.
