For my first time in Florence, I stayed 15 days in this beautiful Hotel. Until now, it is my favorite stay in an Hotel. What a beautiful Hotel, the decoration is raffinate, elegant and you seem to be in a boat inside with the view on the Ponte Vecchio. I was welcomed by Paolo, Lorenzo and Ilaria. During the check-in they explain me everything about the Hotel, the renovations, but also the paintings. They explained me also all the things I can see in Florence with a map. After that, I saw my room. I have only one word : WAW! The room was so charming. I had a room looking the river on the 7th floor. I think it's the only Hotel with this view, you can see the Duomo, the Palazzo Vecchio and the Ponte Vecchio. The bed is really comfortable. You do not want to leave it the morning ... The breakfast is amazing, and sooooooo good. You can find everything you want on the buffet. Most of the morning I was helped and served by Caterina and Tessa who were so helpful and smiling every morning. The concierge team Simone and Giulia helped me all the time for all my requests as to go in one winery, to organize me a tour, and so on. Everything was really easy and thanks to them. I also ate in the lounge, and it was really good, complimentary to the Chef ! Thank you to Philip for suggest me the wine. About the bar ... what a style. The best cocktails I never drink in my life ! The Bouquet is amazing, and I never tried a cocktail like this before. Thank you to Federico and Esteban the barmen. Unfortunately, this stay was too short. I wanted to stay more. Thank you also to Frederica, Julie and Andrea to helped me before my stay to Lungarno by emails. Thanks to them, they did all the restaurants reservations and they were so helpful. Thank you for this beautiful stay here in Florence ! The staff was wonderful, they are so nice, friendly and professional. I fell like home but in Italy. For sure I will go back in this Hotel for my next stop in Florence! "Cia-Ciaoooooo"
My daughter and I had the most delightful stay at The Lungarno Hotel in September. Our room had a balcony with a breathtaking view over the Arno to the Duomo. The Ponte Vecchio was just to the right. We spent a moment each day and night on that balcony. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Antonio and Julie are two names that I still remember, but all of them were charming. We love the crisp white and navy furniture in the Lobby, the view over the river and the incredible artwork. We visited every floor to see the different collections. The breakfast buffet went on and on in their lovely riverside dining area. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. We will definitely stay here the next time in Florence.
Where to start ! From the time you walk in the hotel they make you feel really like number 1 the guy at the desk show me to the room after he left I had the time to look around very very clean and nice and very well set out the bathroom omg to die for fresh and clean oh oh that big tv. So left the room to have dinner and after laying in bed came back and the bed was made and water and a glass was on both bed side table which I find very nice... Waking up in the morning after a great night sleep went down and had breakfast so much choices to pick from and was lovely too. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely and great 2 nights stay. Would and must visit again very soon.
This is the perfect place to stay in Florence - minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio, yet with a feeling of peace and calm. Wonderful views, gorgeous decor (designed by the Ferragamo family) and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Loved this place and will definitely go again.
Lovely, beautiful Hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, very helpful staff, quite area, a dream come true place, beautiful view, nice food, beautiful bathroom, with lovely touch of Salvatore Ferragamo amenities .
It is my fourth stay at the Hotel Lungarno and I am happy to say there will be no other hotel in Florence that I will stay in. Like a great work of art, the hotel has been recently refurbished and the rooms have been updated. You have iPads, a more modern Lavazza coffee machine that produces the most delicious coffee to start your day. The breakfast buffet is still grand in its offering. The two things that thankfully have not changed at this hotel are its location (near the Arno at the Ponte Vecchio bridge) and its wonderful and attentive staff. Special mention on the staff are Andrea, Fredericka and Simone. In the tradition of grand hotels they are there without hovering and yet you know they are there to attend to your needs and make your visit to Florence truly memorable. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel with a great location the Hotel Lungarno should be at the top of your list.
We stayed recently in the hotel Lungarno with my family and we found it absolutely fabulous! Our room was spacious and the staff of the hotel arranged everything for our baby. Personnel of the hotel is very friendly, everyone was ready to help us and assist in every our need. Concierge explained the best locations in the city and gave a really nice recommendations. And of course the cherry on the top of this hotel is it's spectacular location. Just in the heart of beautiful Florence with the view to the storical Ponte Vecchio, what could be better? 😊 I highly recommend this hotel to every tourist who would really want to enjoy Florence and it's luxury experience.
Just come back from a two night stay here. There are not enough words to describe how amazing this hotel is. It's luxury but in a non-stuffy way; almost as if we were staying in somebody's home. The staff genuinely wanted to give great service. The breakfast is soooo filling! Buffet styled as much as you can eat - and believe me if you've been to Florence you will know you need good breakfast in you for the amount to see in they fantastic city. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the river and the Ponte Vecchio. Arriving as the sun set was a great way to arrive. Luggage was just whisked away and appeared in our room for us. We had a lovely comfy bed which was too good to leave but we knew we had to leave it at some point. We ate and drank at this hotel and one of its partner hotels - the Gallery Arts hotel...you have to check this one out too as it has a fantastic fusion food restaurant with a really fun bar (but reserve a table! this place gets busy!). All too soon we had to leave. But I'd go back here in a heartbeat!
Classy boutique hotel. Great location. Next to republic square. Cathedral close by. Michelin star restaurant. service was great. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Definitely coming back to this hotel
This was my second time at Hotel Lungarno and I would definitely go back again! The location is ideal , the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. There was someone always available to help with restaurant reservation or any questions. The hotel was neat and clean and charming. It is a jewel in the middle of Florence and I highly recommend it!
