The place itself is very spacious, with lots of old-world charm. We enjoyed the flat itself. The location is great as well, with some good restaurants and a supermarket close by. Our train was scheduled to arrive at 7:30 PM, and I had notified the property of our ETA. But we had to race from the train station under threat of an extra fee if we checked in after 8 PM. Made things very stressful, and seems a little punitive. We found the kitchen was under-supplied, and the coffee maker and toaster were very out-dated. I advised the host that the coffee maker wasn't working, but it was not addressed during our stay. The wi-fi was also quite weak in the living room and the signal was unreliable. So overall, I'd say it's a good flat with lots of character, well-located, but the amenities and service left a lot to be desired.

Hôte très impatiente de notre arrivée plus tardive que prévu (retard vol, longue attente pour les bagages puis attente connexion pour le bus). Équipements très limités et/ou dysfonctionnels. Mal insonorisé, vieillissant mais très spacieux. Très bien situé pour visiter Florence.
