Like: care & kindness from staff, location, exceptional weather.

Pros: Loved the size of the room - 2 bedrooms was perfect. The location was also very convenient and quiet (so we had great sleep). Front staff was friendly and helpful. One bathroom was huge and nicely renovated. Kitchen area was convenient. Cons: The 2nd bathroom was a lot smaller and the shower was so tiny! Hard to take a shower as you couldn't move much. The decor was very low key/old fashioned, but my kids/husband didn't mind much. There must be different owners as our room looked nothing like the picture they advertise. No daily cleaning service was included.

This is an apartment in a great, relaxing neighborhood. Loved staying here! Very clean, updated, quiet and overall very pleasant!

Great location and people. The only thing they need to do is fix the very slow internet. Definitly highly recomended.

Great location in Florence next to several restaurants and small late-night grocery store. Quiet street. This is an condo complex with some rooms used for the hotel. Have to clean kitchen yourself. Don't have daily room service.

Great apartment in so many ways with one big minus: Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Everyone at the reception was very nice and helpful. The area is nice and quiet, if you want the best pizza, go downstairs and left to the O'Munaciello restaurant. A bank/ATM and a very good gelato place are 5 minutes walk, Ponte Vecchio is 10 min walk, Duomo is 15 min walk.

The room fee did NOT include cleaning. We had to pay extra for cleaning and they still didn’t clean the entire room. The elevator was not working so we had to haul luggage 4 flights down. People at front barely spoke English

Very convenient location, two restrooms are good for family.

The room was clean, well kept, with modern furniture and amenities. The staff is very helpful and nice. They can order taxis for you, give you directions and provide you with any information you may need. When we arrived our room wasn't ready so we left our belongings with the staff and headed out. When we came back later, our bags had been brought to our room for us. It's spacious, has a nice kitchen area, a nice TV, a comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom. It's not a super fancy place but for what it is and the price, it's excellent. I highly recommend staying here especially if you want to save some money and aren't looking for luxury. The AC worked well. We were there in July so it was very hot out but the room did get cool. The staffer sat down with us and explained everything we needed to know. It's a short walk to the Duomo and other popular attractions in Florence. There's a supermarket with basic groceries around the corner and many gelato places nearby. Ask the staff for recommendations about where to get gelato or restaurants you want to eat at. Great place and great value. I would stay here again.

not a hotel, but good apartments. very clean n modern. note reception closes at 8pm & you will need to get the key before that.

Hard bed, flat and hard pillows, thin walls and floors. Unit number 2 was extremely loud from noise in the alley from 10pm until 2am.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff very gracious and helpful.

Residential 'apartments' on a quiet street south of the Arno; a bit hard to find at first (small brass plaque set in wall near front door, just be precise with remembering the street address). 5 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio, 10 mins from the Uffizi Gallery, several good restaurants within a 1 block radius. Apartment 13 (ours) has a terrace facing east, so each morning we could watch the sunrise over Santo Spirito church and its gardens . . . Very highly recommended, especially if you intend to stay long enough to buy food and make meals (we didn't, but it would have been perfectly suited for it)

Not a hotel, but a rented out suite. Sounds hesitant abroad, but the staff of the building have outdone themselves. Excellent from check in to check out. Rooms are updated with a kitchen. Hotel is in old town which is walking distance to all major sites. Highly recommend!

A better hotel experience with refrigerator and microwave. Convenient to everything Just a great time

Palazzo Mannaioni is centrally located, within a few blocks of the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio but outside the tourist section of the city. It's in Oltrarno, a sort of Left Bank area with lots of small stores, workshops, cafes and restaurants but inhabited by locals. The suites are immaculate, spacious and newly updated. My only complaint is that the shower stall in my suite was so small it was hard to bend over. Despite that, I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

This was one of our favorite hotels throughout our 2 weeks in Italy. The staff is so helpful, and the room is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is within a 15 minute walk of the Duomo, but is in a more quiet neighborhood away from all the craziness of the tourist area. The bed was comfortable, and the shutters worked surprisingly well in keeping the light out in the morning. The bath products were excellent.

Close to everything, walking distance to most of the places. Except the front desk only open for day time hours. Would be nice if they can extend the hours

Great location on the nicer side of the river. 15 minute walk to the duomo

Wife and I booked the hotel for our honeymoon. Perfect location to walk to all of the Florence attractions. The best restaurants are in close proximity as well. The staff booked day trips for us and made us feel at home.
