We arrived late in the evening and had a super early flight so we didn’t get to experience seeing much staff or breakfast but those we did see were super helpful and even offered to make up an early breakfast to take. It was a cool stay and was comfy!

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast with delicious coffee and cappuccino and a bar w drinks in the evening. Staff was very friendly and extremely responsive. Our last morning we left for an early flight and they gave us bags of food with snacks for breakfast which was very thoughtful. I would recommend!

The best in house breakfast in recent memory. The property is gorgeous and very vibey in the best way. The view of the palazzo from our room was spectacular. The location is perfect for many reasons- wish we had more than one day to stay. Looking forward to returning to Florence and will stay here- 100%

Because of a train strike, we were stuck in Florence for another day and missed our flight. They did everything possible to help us from checking rental cars, checking limo drivers. Finally we found out that it just wasn’t gonna work so we stayed an extra day which was wonderful And we’re on our way tomorrow to Rome to catch our flight. I can’t say enough good things about them five stars doesn’t cover it.

The hotel faced a piazza with lots of food options and was walking distance to a lot of the attractions. It’s so artistic and clean inside and was our favorite hotel during our trip to Italy.

Hotel was lovely. In a great location only a short walk from the Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station. Hotel interior lovely, artfully laid out. Room was lovely with a modern bathroom. Breakfast is on the ground floor with a good selection available. Hotel located on the Santa Maria Novella piazza, nice open square as you stepped out of the hotel. A lovely location. An abundance of good restaurants in the immediate area, food lovely. Plus loads more fine restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The Dumo is only 5-10 minutes walk. In fact all central Florence & the river only a short walk away. Lovely city for walking around.

Lovely location but if your room is facing the square it’ll be noisy just to warm you of your an early bedder, beautiful view of the square though! Air conditioning in the room wasn’t great but it was extremely hot when we were in Florence. Breakfast was good and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
