Muy agradable!

Thus hotel is quite comfortable and has a lot of Florentine charm. The location is excellent and this hotel has a very good price-quality ratio. The bed in particular was very comfortable. Este hotel es muy cómodo y tiene mucho encanto Florentino. La ubicación es fenomenal; parece que tiene una relación precio calidad muy buena. La cama en particular fue muy cómoda.

The host was hospitable and she was helpful and will assist you with your itinerary. The B&B is about 10-15 mins walk from the Duomo, the city center and many attractions. Florence is a compact city - very walkable. The room was clean and spacious. *The biggest downside was the noise outside the building, we were there on the weekend - so it may not always be the case. Our overall experience was good and the noise did not keep us awake :), we recommend this place to stay when you're in Florence.

Very disappointing......did not resemble any rooms shown on hotels.com. Looked like a hostel. One room with two single beds one bed missing a bottom sheet. As well as a queen. Advertised as to separate rooms. Wifi was only accessible near the door of the room making it difficult to do our check in for flight leaving next day. Very disappointing way to spend last night of trip I took pictures but this review will not allow me to attach pictues.

The room is big and the cleaning lady is nice to u. However the shower bath was clogged which filled up in the bath. I saw the a bug in the bathroom.Our room is on the top of floor. It is OK that no elevator but also no light on the stairway which cause my husband fell. We end up to light up from our cell phone. Overall the room we rent is ok. It needs a renovation.

A nice place in Florence

It was a nice room with a refrigerator and coffee maker,and a fabulous air conditioner, as it was summer in Florence and very hot and humid. The location was excellent, close but yet within a nice neighborhood, with a grocery store and laundry mat very close by. The manager was always there during the day and was there to meet us as we arrived around 5:30pm in the afternoon. Overall a very nice and affordable place in Florence.

Never again😩

No elevator. Room is on the 3rd floor. The bathroom is old and the water in the shower is very slow. It's hard to rinse your hair. There was 6 mosquitous in our room. Housekeeping doesnt clean the floor. Wifi very poor. Most of the time you cant connect. Bendetta from the front desk is helpful. The only positive that I can say.

Molto migliorabile con poco

Buona posizione, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e un pò più problematico con auto. Molti ottimi ristoranti e osterie vicine. In 15' a piedi si è in centro o alla stazione di SMN. Accoglienza precisa e cortese. Disponibilità del gestore a richieste semplici. Potrebbe migliorare tantissimo con poco: riscaldamento bagno (riscaldatore elettrico non funzionante) e camera (inverter debole), boiler elettrico bagno "regge" solo due docce e due rasature, box doccia con tenda e non con sportello (il bagno si "allaga"), manca bidet (ma non credo sia montabile nel pochissimo spazio a disposizione), in dotazione solo 2 asciugamani grandi da bagno (perchè non fornirne anche 2 più piccoli per il viso?)

下次不再入住， 感覺很差

與火車距離15分鐘路程， 因為我入住時間較晚， 所以要到附近很近的地方取鎖匙， 酒店到房間要上三層樓梯， 樓梯又窄，不好搬行李 我在這裡留待四晚， 不知為何蚊子很多，四晚加起碼遇上10隻蚊子，每晚要打死才能入睡

Buona posizione, pessimo alloggio

Locanda composta da più camere in piani diversi (la nostra non si trovava tra le foto di presentazione) in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro. L’unica pecca è che la doccia era piena di muffa, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, Wi-Fi non funzionante, doccia schiuma non pervenuto e per la tassa di soggiorno non si paga con pagamenti elettronici (ops). La domanda sorge spontanea, perché? Non mi aspettavo nulla di stratosferico ma almeno lo stretto necessario.

la presentazione online delle stanze è falsa

le foto sono false, le stanze sono molto spartane manca la manutenzione, la pulizia è scarsa ed è posto al 3 o 4 piano senza ascensore su piccole scale. Dista 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, il wifi non prendeva, l'unica cosa che rispecchiava la realtà era il condizionatore posto sopra il letto matrimoniale il che ci ha costretto a spegnerlo durante le ore notturne onde evitare malesseri.
