Guelfa 14 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Lovely apartment located on the first floor of a typical Florentine building on a quiet street just a stone’s throw from the historic center. All major attractions are easily reachable on foot.
The apartment consists of a living room with dining area , a fully equipped kitchenette , two double bedrooms , and two bathrooms , both with showers, one of which is an en-suite.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas du centre historique, du marché central, des superettes, des restaurants, et près de la gare - Les 2 chambres et les 2 salles de bain sont propres et bien équipées, on a cependant été étonnés de la chaleur dans l'appartement, nous n'avons pas utilisé la clim (il faisait entre 20°C et 22°C à l'extérieur en journée). Les rues sont calmes la nuit ce qui est appréciable. Le point désagréable se situe au niveau de l'équipement de la cuisine : assiettes, verres et bols ébréchés et dépareillés, 1 seul verre à vin, trop peu de couverts, de bols, tasses et verres ce qui oblige à faire des vaisselles à la main, des ustensiles cassés qui auraient dûs être remplacés, huile, sel et poivre devraient être fournis, pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, un micro-ondes capricieux. La lumière naturelle était obstruée par un echaffaudage sur l'ensemble des façades de l'immeuble et il était impossible de fermer ou d'ouvrir les volets, leur position était boquée par l'échaffaudage. On garde un bon souvenir de notre séjour à Florence malgré ces petits désagréments.
