We loved our stay at G&G Suites. The location is so convenient to the train station and the main attractions of the city. The room was clean, bright and modern. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of her way to highlight the main attractions and best walking routes on a map for us. She accommodated our early arrival and helped store our bags after we checked out. Highly recommend!

Lovely room, the photos don't do it justice. The owners were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great communication via email prior to arrival. It was also easy to get to all the main attractions and great if you're arriving by train because its so close to the station. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again. Clean and safe hotel

This is a satisfactory hotel literally steps away from the main train station in Florence. It is not a quiet sleep (very thin walls, lots of external noise) but it was so close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the main sights in Florence. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. This isn't a super-comfortable, super-fun hotel, but it IS convenient, safe, and clean. If all you need is a place to sleep, this hotel is a good choice.

The staff were very nice and accommodating and also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and visit. The room had a cute window and was cleaned very well every morning. The location was also convenient because it was very close to SMN station. Overall, we have zero complaint and are thankful for the staff’s service! On a side note, their capsule coffee was very tasty!

Very good experience

We loved our stay here. The team was very welcoming and it was easy to find from the SMN train station. The room was very clean, comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. Highly recommend it and we hope to stay here again.

Great Staff and Hotel

The staff are so helpful, they will tell you where to go if need some help in that regards. I had some paperwork I needed printing up staff help me out. The hotel is ideal location by the train and ferry. I would definitely comeback and stay here hands down.

Wonderful stay close to train station

If you are visiting Florence this is a wonderful little bed and breakfast. The owner is On-site and makes a delicious breakfast to order. Located directly across from train station which is so nice with luggage. Would definitely stay here again.
