We enjoyed our stay here! The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bathroom/shower was newer/roomier than other places we stayed at in Italy. Location is great - very convenient to major sights, but far enough from too much congestion. The hosts were very accommodating, and easily reachable via WhatsApp, to coordinate room cleaning, as well as providing good recommendations for food, groceries, etc. One evening we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room, and the hosts were easily reached (even being late in the evening), and quickly helped us get back into our room. Would stay here again!

We really liked that we were in the heart of Florence but removed enough to be away from the crowds and the noise. The staff including the owners Leonardo and Francesa were excellent. They were very attentive and helpful throughout our weeklong stay. The room had a comfortable bed big enough for my wife and I, with plenty of space. The decor of the room and bathroom were very nice. We really liked the shower.
