Beautiful apartment! We had such a nice visit in Florence and loved staying at Conte Jacobo. Big rooms, comfortable beds, spotless apartment, and great location. We would stay here again in a second. Everyone was extremely helpful both before our trip with helping to arrange transportation and with questions during our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Florence Apartment

The finishes in this apartment are first-class, and it's clear that it has been recently renovated. The bed linens are beautiful, and the furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The brand-new washer and dryer work perfectly. The bedrooms are very spacious, each with its own bathroom. However, the primary bedroom has a rather small bathroom that includes a tub. Our only issue was with the air conditioning. We specifically booked this apartment because it was advertised as having A/C. When we arrived, the apartment was quite stuffy. Upon asking the house manager how to operate the A/C, we were informed—rather bluntly—that the system had been switched over to heat for the season. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. Although management provided us with fans, it wasn’t ideal. The bedroom facing the alley couldn’t have the window open at night due to noise, and when we slept with the windows open facing the inner courtyard, we woke up with mosquito bites. The apartment is stunning, but the A/C issue significantly affected our comfort during the night. I would strongly recommend that management clearly state the months when the unit doesn't have central air conditioning available. The location is incredible—close to everything, with fantastic restaurants nearby!

Best Shirt Term Rental in Florence!

Everything was as advertised in the pictures and description. The frescos on every ceiling are gorgeous. Great living, kitchen, bedrooms and firstclass bathrooms. No attention to detail was spared. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect location, very luxurious!

We had the best time staying at this apartment in Florence. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and every room was beautiful and spacious. It is in a perfect location, close to everything without being too noisy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place perfect location!

We had six adults in our family group. The place was fantastic! Like staying in a beautiful art museums with lovely frescos, open spaces to meet and large en-suite bedrooms for great rest and slumber. AC and an elevator made it easy to bring our luggage. The location is perfectly located to all major areas and close to the Arno River. We would definitely love to return and stay longer. Great staff and great overall value!

Best apartment ever

I can’t even begin to say how amazing this apartment was. We never wanted to leave- brand new amenities in a gorgeous restored building. This apartment was steps to everything, amazing location. And Cecilia was over the top fantastic- helped coordinate rides and restaurants, went above and beyond in every way. You just stay here! As good or better than a five star hotel.

Extremely helpful host

Host was very communicative with helpful instructions on how to get there and around. Had someone help us find the right location and checkin. Was very helpful regarding transportation and advised to take water taxi! So grateful we did! Host forwarded us short video clips of how to use all house accessories. Also offered for us to leave our bags before checkin. Very very clean and updated. Property was great. Steep staircase at entry was expected. Showers and beds were awesome!!! Frazier!!

Apartment in Florence

This property was FANTASTIC! It was one of the nicest apartments i have ever been in. The pictures were very accurate and still didn't do justice to how nice the place is. Each room had a full King size bed and its own beautiful bathroom and the beds were very comfortable! The apartment was one block from the river and walking distance to everything in the city center. The host has a team that was easy to deal with and helped us with car bookings before we arrived and would have helped with other things had we asked. I would highly recommend!! This would be great for a family with teens and would be just as amazing for a trip with 3 adult couples!

Amazing place! Perfect location.

Everything about this property was perfect. From the simple check-in and kind hosts, to the beautifully decorated and spacious property, to the location that is literally right next to everything that’s happening while also being quiet and peaceful. Quiet Rome

The property is vintage Rome with wonderful eccentricities and eclectic touches. The neighborhood offered a quiet respite at night after a busy day in the heart of Rome. The staff was amazing from start to finish including recommending a neighborhood fresh air market, restaurants, and cafe. A wonderful experience.
