This is a new clean hotel, No frills but decent amenities, good service, good condition. The hotel is located far from City center and it’s not always easy to find a taxi not much to see in the area. The hotel is new and clean, but feels a lot more like a four star than a five

Columbus Urban is a beautiful property far from the Center but close enough to walk. Beautifully crafted. Nice and Luxurious! I will recommend this Hotel to my friends!

Property is beautiful. Front desk staff couldn’t do enough to help in any way but unfortunately the same can’t be said about the breakfast staff. Completely ignore you. Don’t offer tea or coffee. Options at breakfast are extremely minimal for a 5 star property. Bread and cakes were not fresh at all.

Beautiful hotel with breakfast and spa!

Beautiful hotel with modern decor. The service is wonderful. Thank you Maximo and Paolo for making us feel welcomed. The breakfast is delicious and it has salty and sweets. Is a little further from the city center but we didn’t mind.

os hospedamos tres noches en este hotel y nuestra experiencia fue excelente. La habitación era grande, muy cómoda y extremadamente limpia, con toallas y tendidos de muy buena calidad. La atención por parte del personal fue increíble, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue muy bueno y las instalaciones impecables.
