It was my second time in this studio, and I will be back again for sure. It is just perfect for a getaway in the country. Everything is clean and comfortable, king size bed is great, large shower, good size kitchen, electric fireplace, and AC/heater and ceiling fan working fine. The decor is country but done with taste, and we love it. Of course the top is all the animals around: the longhorns Gus and Bo, the horses, donkey, peacock and chickens... The 2 dogs and the cat are really friendly as well. Bill is always super responsive on the App and is really nice and welcoming in person. Everything is so quiet at night, a really great destination away from the city life. Still within a short drive to Waco, Georgetown and Austin. I really recommend it and will be back again and again.

This is the kind of place you'll want to come back to again and again. The place is really quiet, comfortable and cozy. Bill is a fantastic host. He is very accommodating and super friendly. His animals are very cool with horses, donkeys and Longhorn cattle. Be sure to spend some quality time with the dogs! They're awesome!

This place is awesome, great quiet stay here in Florence with a country vibe. From the horses, donkey, chickens, peacocks, and the Longhorns - you would be hard pressed to find a better place! Great host and perfect amenities, well worth a visit.

Everything was great! Wonderful spot for relaxing and our dog loved the room to play. Lots of thoughtful touches…snacks, stocked kitchen supplies and extra supplies if you forgot something!

We loved our stay here! It's hard to decide which I liked better, the indoors or the outdoors. It was so peaceful, and the swing is the perfect place to just hang out and read under the trees. The studio is finished out and decorated beautifully. It had everything you could need and then some. I enjoyed loving on Wonky (the donkey), the horses, and Chicken, the cat. The Longhorns make it a true Texas experience. The peacocks are really cool, and we got a couple beautiful feathers for our hats. William was the best! Great communication and super friendly and welcoming. I can't think of anything bad to say other than our stay was too short. We hated to leave. You don't even have to be traveling from afar; it would make a great weekend getaway as well. I would highly recommend. (Thanks for letting me talk your ear off, William.)

Holy moly- this blew our family’s minds. The property and space were spacious and peaceful. Better than a hotel in so many ways. The winery being next door was a plus! We have family nearby and cannot wait to be back.

Amazing studio in a ranch, with longhorns, horses, donkey, peacocks...Studio on top of the garage is beautiful, we loved the decorations, clean, with equipped kitchen, large shower, and a comfortable king bed. Communication with the owner is really easy. We really recommend this place for a break from the city. Location is convenient between Waco and Austin and the state parks nearby.

The property is amazing, the animals are calm and friendly and the host is welcoming. The room itself is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could think of and then some. It’s much bigger than we expected too. Definitely worth it. We will be returning for future stays

Easy and peaceful

I only had need for a one night stay, but Bill’s place was so nice that I really wish I could’ve stayed longer.Great setting, nice comfortable room and kitchen. Of course the Animals on the property made it even cooksr.
