Welcome to PALAZZINA MARESA a small historic building surrounded by hidden gardens walking distance from the city center.

Each apartment was designed by a different young local designer who was asked to reinterpret the aesthetics of the 1920s with a modern approach. The result is a unique and authentic experience, where each room is distinguished by the use of selected materials and details that recall the timeless elegance of the past, with a contemporary twist.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
