Great location, clean bathroom. If you get a queen bed, it’s like XL twin. No minibar, coffee maker, mini fridge, as a 3 star hotel. Room is extremely small we had to put our backpacks in the bathroom. But staff were nice.
Staff is helpful and the coffee in front is amazing. The beds are more like frames. No small fridge in the room. I guess the price is fair for what you get.
The staff were friendly and very helpful and the location couldn't be better.
Excellent family run hotel steps from the Duamo. Staff is very attentive and committed to customer service. Highly recommend and great value at this price point.
Really nice employee, always willing to help you, nice clean hotel
Location, location, location... other than that I would not recommend this hotel. AC did not work properly, and me and my wife got bit by some kind of bugs/mosquitoes in room. Shower is also tiny. If it wasn’t for location this place would be bad.
We stayed in Florence for over three weeks and only at this hotel! Run by the nicest family, they were so welcoming What can I say??Lovely and attentive staff, perfect location, and a wonderful place to come home after walking, eating, eating again and more walking . I'm so glad we stayed here!!
Very pleasant. we will visit again. The staff are attentive and kind
The hotel location is great! It is pretty much across from the Grand Duomo, and within blocks from high end shopping, the museum with the David, and many dining options. The property is very nice, classic Florence, and the rooms are actually pleasing and updated. The hotel staff is ok. Breakfast is 9 euros per person for pretty much a continental brekfast, although in the area that's actually not a bad deal for breakfast. The rate is good, I think it is a GOOD VALUE. The only reason that I am choosing to give it an overall rate of OK, is because the beds look more like cots than actual beds. The 'beds' do have a metal frame but there are gaped or separated skinny wood planks (similar to wood flooring, but more consistent with laminate) going across the bed to hold up the mattress. One of my family members is right under 200 pounds and one of the wood planks came off, and since I weight more than 200 pounds (the heaviest of the group) I just took the mattress off the frame and slept on the mattress on the floor. I slept ok but would have preferred to sleep on a real bed. Overall, experience is ok.
I felt real secure and the place was clise to all tge action without the noise
Do not get breakfast here. The wifi forces you to login every time you use it. Room is rather small. Great staff. Clean. Perfect location.
