Nice and kindly stay

Everything was nice and clean. The hotel is near to touristical places. It is recommended. The only disadvantage is they have no elevator however rooms are placed on 2nd floor so it is not really hard to carry in/out the luggages.

Stylish accomodation....in a superb location. Clean, tidy...and good host. I really liked the decor ...just was intrigued by the mirror In the bathroom..... anyone that stays ..well ..make sure you have the lights on In the main room.... otherwise you may have an eye full to the person showering due to the two way mirror!! 😅😅😁

The place was super easy, sexy shower, basic accomodations while being funky in design. The one thing I didn't like was that I told them I wouldn't have WhatsApp access and they told me they'd meet me but it was not at the front door and I could not get buzzed up... Thankfully Guess had free wifi that I could log into.

Found out no hot water in the bath at 12 midnight. I had to get another hotel nearby, pack and move. No front office and no one answering calls after 6pm. The worst hotel ever!

This is not the place to stay. Period. It was hard to check in. No one works there and we had no comunication from the hotel on how to get in. The place is worn out. We were appalled by the huge holes in the chairs and large chip out of the glass table..unsafe. the lighting was bad and some wiring was unsafe. The windows, even when closed, let in all the noise from outside. Heat didn't work. Please take my advice, do not stay here

The location and property were wonderful. Our check in was smooth and easy. We just had a problem when the cleaning staff cleaned the bathroom they took and threw out our shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and one of my retainers for my teeth. I had them laid out on a flat towel with my toothbrush. Non of the containers were empty so I am not sure why they took them. The 2 toothpaste tubes were brand new. I told management and they apologized but I was not reimbursed for the retainer I had to buy when I returned to the US. I had to go to the orthodontist to have 2 new ones made.

Llegamos y la habitación no estaba disponible, nos retrasaron el chek in más de dos horas con malas formas. Ese primer día el retrete estuvo estropeado y hacía constantemente ruído mientras que el lavabo no desaguaba. Al día siguiente, no pudimos hacer uso libre de nuestra habitación porque tuvieron que reparar el baño pero cuando al fin pudimos entrar en la habitación, el inodoro no funcionaba, no cargaba agua en la cisterna. Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento que no contestó nunca, expedia tampoco nos solucionó la situación. Conclusión: pagamos por una habitación en la que solo pudimos dormir, teniendo que ir al baño a otros establecimientos y en la que entraron personas sin nuestro consentimiento privándonos de su uso y sin que nadie se disculpase ni nos ofreciese una compensación u opción satisfactoria. Trato verdaderamente deplorabe.

Das Personal ist nicht zuvorkommend. Es wurde nicht mitgeteillt dass wir ca 800 bis 900 Meter ausserhalb der Hotelanlag ein Parkaus auffinden müssen und zwischen 35 bis 40 Euro bezahlen. Zudem wurde nichts erwähnt das es keinen Aufzug hat. Mit 2 kleinen Kinder und all dem Gepäck im 3 Stock alles hinauf zu tragen ist schon mühsam und nicht optimal. Also Familien freundlich ist die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht. Allgemein nicht zum Weiterempfehlen.

Amazing Vocation

Otelin konumu mükemmel, isterseniz deniz aracını kullanarak Venedik’te bulunan diğer adaları kolaylıkla gezebilirsiniz. Otelde oturmalik alanlar bulunuyor ayrıca kanalı gören kafesi de var. Temizlik oldukça yeterli. Her anlamla isteklerimi karşıladı, bi daha gelmek isteyeceğim bi yer.

ドゥオーモの近くでとてもいい立地。 部屋も広く綺麗です。口コミにあったガラス張りの洗面所はスモークガラスが貼ってあり、しっかりと対策されていた。Wi-Fiも快適で冷蔵庫もあり、また利用したいホテルでした。 シャワーのお湯が使いすぎると冷たくなるので、大勢の人数で泊まるときは注意が必要かも。 また、とても素晴らしいホテルですが、日本から予約するときは事前にホームページのメール宛にチェックイン時間を知らせる必要があります。 総合して、とても素晴らしいホテル。
